17/11/2024: My partner and I were there today to celebrate my birthday and what can I say, everything was delicious but I would have preferred the ordering method to be via phone/tablet rather than with pen and paper. But talking about the food, the proposed Bao was really good, nothing exceptional but the bread was a cloud. Simply delicious rolls, small with little rice and this highlights the inside (which is greatly appreciated). Light and not very greasy fried foods and simply spectacular grilled shrimp and chicken, soft and tasty. Then the Gunkan with seared salmon: delicious little saltimbocca with salmon that melted in the mouth despite how soft it was and in fact we took advantage of having an encore. However, a special mention goes to them, the tacos and millefeuille with salmon and tuna tartare. They were simply divine, I don't know much about raw fish but this tartare was not only fresh (also confirmed by my partner) it was a cream and the flavor of the fish wasn't even too intrusive, in fact it was very delicate as was the truffle on the tacos. What can I say, one of the best AYCE I have tried so far where we will certainly return to try other dishes on the menu
