Fantastic place! The owner, Mariana, is great and attentive to everything!
Be careful not to end up in the place just 20 meters away where they put up a sign that says "Mamma Mian"! It's not the same thing!

Super cute place in the Ostiense area. I've been here twice and have always left very satisfied. Both the vegetarian and chicken ramen are delicious; they're not heavy at all, but rather incredibly delicate on the palate. The sake menu is very interesting and carefully curated. The desserts are out of this world! The place is a bit small, so I recommend making a reservation.
I'll definitely be back soon.

Ramen at Mamaya is a treat for the heart, the palate, and the body. The delicate and bold flavors are perfectly balanced, leaving a feeling of well-being. The space is small and more pleasant at lunchtime. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I treat myself to this special moment whenever I get the chance. Reservations are highly recommended: the place is small and fills up quickly.

Excellent food, truly top-quality ramen! Super friendly service, easy to book. We ate outside and it was cold, so they brought us leg warmers. Highly recommended!

Not much to say, one of the best of its kind.
Exquisite ramen, and an absolutely sublime use and respect for the raw ingredients.
The place is small and the management is very pleasant.
I had the best Buta Bura of my life.
For any enthusiast or novice, it remains a must-visit that will make you fall in love, or fall back in love, with this type of cuisine.

A restaurant reminiscent of those in Japan, small but cozy and charming. Exquisite cuisine, fabulous appetizers and ramen, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Accidentally got there on opening hour, they were all booked so we sat on the bar infront of the cooks.
10 out of 10 for food! Took me back to my Japan trip :)
It's a mix of Japaneae food, with Italian pinches.
Staff were amazing and friendly.
Watching the cooks was fun too.
