Typical and delicious dishes with also vegetarian choices. Every single ingredient inside each ramen is prepared and marinated separately and tasty! Medium-high prices. I will definitely go back.

I tried this place driven by the advice of the creator Giuliacrossbow and I must say that it met all my expectations! I've tried ramen in Japan but never in Italy and this one from MaMa-Ya is really delicious and very faithful to traditional ramen. Incidentally, I ordered the miso ramen with vegetables, adding shiitake mushrooms and spicy green yuzu-flavored pesto. If you love spicy food you will definitely love this one🥰 the ramen broth is really rich and enveloping but at the same time delicate, well cooked spaghetti (as this dish requires) and well flavored vegetables. I also got some really excellent grilled gyoza. The place is small, so if you are not alone I recommend booking, otherwise there are the typical single seats in a ramen shop. It's expensive than average but really worth all your money!

My chicken ramen was rather bland and disappointing, especially since the restaurant looks the part with a long list of Japanese beers, sake, and spirits.

Absolutely one of the best ramen in the capital. After years I came back here to eat. The broth is very good, the quantity of noodles is just right, and the quality is absolutely superior to ramen that use noodles and or ready-made ingredients. I took the basic version, as shown in the photo, which included egg, nori seaweed and spring onions. Given that you can still order other toppings as extras, for what the price is I would have appreciated a little more included or a slightly higher quantity. However, more than satisfactory. The onighiri excellent. The one with caramelized konbu is truly done by the book. The service is really good, very kind and discreet. I underline this because in many foreign cuisine restaurants the staff is sometimes a bit intrusive, because perhaps they want to explain, talk etc. The atmosphere is perfect. The room and furnishings are very well looked after. I will definitely go back. Advised

I love everything. The place, the staff, the food, everything except one thing. The place is small. While people are eating, please don't spray cleaning detergents around to clean the tables around us. The particles not only land on the food but the smell of Amuchina is very distinct and nasty. That is not only rude but you just don't do that while people are eating. I am sure you can find another way of cleaning w/out spraying poison around. That is my only suggestion.
