It's really a shame because the place is beautiful, the staff friendly. But the food was really poor, I was at a birthday party and the only thing I managed to eat was the pasta with pistachio and prawns... you have a beautiful place, the staff kind... shame about the food...

Fantastic super fresh seafood. They would only serve wild caught fish so the fish of the day is whatever the fishermen have to offer. Farmed fish are not sold here. Amazing raw fish starters..oysters, scampi and red prawns ! Mussels were excellent and the sea bream, which is not our favorite fish was outstanding. We are on holiday and I promised my wife that we will be back before we leave.

Provato sia come ristorante che come pizzeria e sono rimasto estasiato in entrambi i casi! I piatti sono tutti molto raffinati e interessanti, saporiti ma in maniera sempre ben calibrata, in modo da far distinguere e apprezzare ogni accostamento, con alcuni tocchi di classe da altissima cucina (e infatti al loro Chef Carmelo Calabrese non mi stanco mai di fare i miei complimenti). Io personalmente ho provato anche i piatti di carne, che ho trovato superlativi tanto quanto quelli di pesce. Le pizze hanno dei condimenti ottimi e un impasto leggerissimo e ben alveolato, nello stile napoletano che piace a me. E poi, gustarle di sera con vista sul mare notturno, come abbiamo fatto noi, le rende ancora più buone. Ah: ben due volte su tre ci ho portato ospiti da fuori e tutti si sono innamorati, sia del cibo che della location... Insomma, in poche settimane, il Mama Sea è diventato uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti ❤️
