Thank you, I had a wonderful meal: the garlic and oil pasta with shrimp tartare was incredibly fresh and delicate, and my wife's fish dish was equally excellent. The owner was extremely efficient and quick with her service, always with a smile. The ambiance is meticulously designed, with an original style that makes the experience even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back.

Wir fanden ein sehr bescheiden eingerichtetes Restaurant in der Fußgängerzone von Montegrotto vor. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Wir bestellten das Beef Tartar und die Rinds-Filetscheiben mit Gemüse (beide Speisen für je € 20.-). Danach probierten wir noch die Nachspeisen. Wir tranken dazu Bier und vor dem Nachhausegehen einen Grappa. Fazit: Alle Speisen waren qualitativ hochwertig und sehr lecker zubereitet. In Anbetracht der Preise würde ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als hervorragend bezeichnen! Auf der Speisekarte gibt es ein überschaubares Angebot diverser Speisen, auch Pasta, aber keine Pizza. Dafür gibt es auch Angebote für Vegetarier. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ausgezeichnet gegessen und getrunken und wurden von der Bedienung sehr freundlich und fachkundig beraten und bedient. Auf jeden Fall zum Weiterempfehlen!

Very nice place to have an aperitif and eat. Aperitif shots not of great quality. Served on unsuitable bread and in small quantities. Good service but not very attentive. We spent too much for the quality served... worth trying anyway

Pizzeria Ristorante Al Carmine

09/08/2025: Excellent place to accommodate various dietary needs (celiac, vegetarian) without sacrificing taste and quality. Its location is a big plus, super convenient for a stroll downtown. Tried it several times, it's a sure thing.
07/08/2025: The waiter was very pleasant and spoke some Spanish. The place is nice and well-located. The food was good, but not delicious. It's true that my limit is way above it; for anyone else it might be 5 stars, but not for me. I always strive for perfection. It's delicious, not expensive, but it's not the best pizzeria out there; there are certainly better ones. It's also true that they make a thinner crust here, and I prefer a thicker crust, but in my opinion, the food wasn't the best. That doesn't mean it wasn't good; it was quite good, and I don't regret going. Overall, I'd give it an 8/10, and other people who prefer a thinner crust would probably give it a 10/10 because the place is elegant, the service is friendly and fast, and there's a great selection. Plus, almost everything has a gluten-free option.
