Really nice grill restaurant and pizzeria: very beautiful and unique location, attention to detail and very clean. I had a pizza, which was quite good and above all generous in portions. Fairly reasonable prices and super friendly staff. Excellent 👌🏻

A good place located just steps from the Hotel Grillo, which I frequent for work. The menu isn't overly extensive, but the ingredients are good. The wait times are quick. There's no private parking, but it's easy to find a spot nearby. Prices are moderate to low.

I visited this pizzeria with some friends, and I have to say it's been a while since I've had such a good pizza. It was perfectly cooked, the toppings were well-measured, the ingredients were super fresh, and, not surprisingly, it was incredibly easy to digest. The ambiance and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. A truly worthwhile pizzeria: highly recommended!

Tried it for lunch, everything was excellent, fast service, and a lovely atmosphere. Special mention goes to the daily menu of meat and mussel soup, mouth-watering! Compliments, I highly recommend it.

Centrale Ristorante Pizzeria

20/12/2025: Visited for the food. Located in the center of Quartu, it's always offered unique pizzas, and the prices are average, I'd say. The dining room staff are always very helpful and friendly. The restaurant's interior was recently renovated, but I still find it a bit too old-fashioned.
28/11/2025: Simple dishes, reflecting home cooking, very tasty. For three, with 5 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 desserts, sorbet, water, and wine, we spent €110. The only drawback, if you can call it that, is the limited parking nearby. We didn't try the pizzas, but the aromas and the views from the dining room will bring us back to try them.
