Excellent custom-made cocktail, the expertise and preparation immediately evident. The appetizers ordered to accompany the drink were also excellent. The location was beautiful and peaceful; we drank while looking at the statue of Modugno. Excellent service, the staff were cheerful, polite, and professional.

A regular bar with a sea view, the pint was okay but nothing special. The waiter didn't seem particularly engaged in his job.

Malidea is a pleasant place, very close to the statue of Domenico Modugno. The atmosphere is welcoming and the people are very nice. We ordered the cheese and cured meats board, but the cheese was conspicuously absent, which left us a little disappointed. Still, the place is worth a visit for its location and friendly service. Also, the plastic cutlery and plates are a bit of a downside to the experience. No more plastic, please.

Fabuleux ! Franchement, la pâte est excellente, les ingrédients frais, on s’est régalé ! Je recommande la pissa avec jambon de parme, stracciatella (crème de burrata), et tomates cerises (pomodoro). Tout simplement excellente !

07/09/2025: Many thanks to this lovely couple who are very attentive to their guests. If you want to discover typical Pugliese cuisine, you've come to the right place. Delicious and generous dishes for a very reasonable price. What a shame to have discovered this beautiful place at the end of our stay.
13/08/2025: Exceptional value for money. It's a wood-fired oven, and you can taste it. The pizzas are truly fantastic. The person who served us was a very kind professional. My girlfriend had the lemon swordfish and was thrilled. I did the same with the cacio e pepe pizza. Excellent.

Ristorante Pizzeria Braceria "Al Raffaello"

18/08/2025: Family dinner. Modern and elegantly furnished. Very friendly, helpful, and smiling staff. 2 Assassina with stracciatella, 1 cacio e pepe troccoli, 1 glass of red wine, water, 8 pistachio favors, 1 portion of sporcamuss. Total €78. Fair price for the quality of the food, the elegance of the place, and the prompt service. Reservations were not necessary. I recommend it and would return to try the pizzas (wood-fired oven).
17/08/2025: Very friendly staff and excellent food! They are very attentive to intolerances.
