The views are beautiful, and the pinsa depends on whether the staff is willing to work, as one was warm and the other cold. Furthermore, the wait for service and ordering is very long. As for the pinsa flavors, I recommend the one with pickled zucchini, beetroot, and nuts. The prices are reasonable.

Small restaurant for a quick bite to eat. Both of the dishes chosen were good, despite the very limited service, which made me feel like I was bothering the waiter, and the dishes were simply served with scissors to eat with. It's a shame they weren't nicer to tourists, who were much more numerous than locals.

Excellent custom-made cocktail, the expertise and preparation immediately evident.
The appetizers ordered to accompany the drink were also excellent.
The location was beautiful and peaceful; we drank while looking at the statue of Modugno.
Excellent service, the staff were cheerful, polite, and professional.

Chill vibe, laid back atmosphere, choice of creative (and delicious) drinks, friendly service :) Upon request they can make your favourite drink off-menu. Guys that work there make you feel welcome, it was a pleasure to be there. Went there three times during my stay and had a great time each night.
