Tony and his staff are amazing! In the days we were in Polignano we tried different proposals on the menu and it officially became our favorite place: the drinks are very interesting, there is a study and a balance that amazed us from the first taste; the dishes are incredible (we tried the pinse and the hot dogs) and the raw materials used are first choice and the quality/price ratio is excellent. 5 STARS!

Fabuleux ! Franchement, la pâte est excellente, les ingrédients frais, on s’est régalé ! Je recommande la pissa avec jambon de parme, stracciatella (crème de burrata), et tomates cerises (pomodoro). Tout simplement excellente !
