Excellent. I liked everything. The sea is nearby. The beach is sandy. Shops, cafes, bars are all in place.

The hotel is certainly showing its age, but you can't expect more for the money. We were very satisfied.

Place is great for short term rentals. It has basic but clean. It's near beach. All is on a walk from hotel. Staff is helpful and pleasant. I'm here now with my kid and we can't find one thing that is out of order. Breakfast is great!!! And wifi is perfect!

Great place, worth recommending. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach (100 m) and close to the main street with shops and bars. Very nice staff who also speak English, very helpful and give tips on what to see. The hotel is very clean, fresh bedding, towels changed often, the floor is washed every day even though the hotel is old. Breakfast buffet without limits, modestly delicious, everything fresh (3 types of meats, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, cereals, fresh rolls, yogurts, 3 types of coffee cookies, espresso machine available), parking right next to the hotel. There is a promenade along the beach. For the price, it is recommendable and there is nothing to complain about

Room was nice and clean, everything you need for a short break, and a base point. Comfy double bed, toilet, shower, all clean good service. Sometimes toilet didn't flush but husband sorted easily. TV didn't work but we didn't care as not needed. We had windows, sea view (lucky devils), a safe and a air con (not used) which were included, outside there was a cute little seating area where we liked to smoke. Service was top! Antonio in particular was excellent, we arrived late and he kindly waited for us, he was very friendly and very helpful and accommodating, we loved him so much. Other staff were also polite and helpful. Location is BRILLIANT, beach literally right there, plenty to explore, bus station quite near by, loads and loads of places to eat and drink, bus stops, you can get a bus to either Venice city or you can bus and ferry to Venice Island. Breakfast was also included, and it was really good! Typical continental, a bit of something for everyone, husband liked the sweet pastries, I loved the croissants with ham and cheese and also the cereals with yogurt and honey. The coffee was the BEST (cappuccino rather). We would DEFINITELY return and would highly recommend to couples and singles on a short to mid term trip. Fab.

Slept only 1 night, very kind staff. Spartan room, but clean and good beds. Functional bathroom, terrace with sea view (stormy). On the first floor a large terrace to share, furnished, very beautiful. Doors a little noisy, but fantastic breakfast! A table for dessert, another for savory, all very fresh sliced ​​... very abundant choice and all quality. Well done
