malga Livan In Zoppè di cadore

Sono stato in questa malga per il compleanno di mia figlia, al telefono avevo chiesto, non conoscendo il posto, se era possibile non aver fretta o dover lasciare il posto ad altri, e subito mi hanno risposto che potevo rimanere quanto volevo. Abbiamo cominciato con i formaggi sia freschi che stagionati accompagnati da marmellate gustose e poi con gli affettati, anche quelli accompagnati da verdurine. Poi siamo passati ai primi e ci ha spiegato come erano fatti e ce li ha fatti assaggiare tutti, favolosi. Poi siamo passati ai secondi e anche qui ne abbiamo assaggiati diversi dalla costata alle costicine di capretto ai formaggi e così via. Tutti i piatti oltre ad essere favolosi hanno un tocco di preparazione che si vede la classe del cuoco. Poi ci si sente bene perché puoi chiedere e ti spiegano i piatti, veramente hospitali. Poi per finire abbiamo preso i dolci sul tavolo fuori. Veramente tutto bene sono rimasto più che contento e ci tornerò.

We stayed with some friends, the place is very nice, run by a simple, honest and hard-working family. The things they offer are of excellent quality. They are produced by them with great love. Cheeses have an irresistible flavor for me. They prepare first courses with care and delicious flavour. The cured meats and second courses are equally delicious. Their level is very high. Well done. I recommend everyone to go there to try these flavors.

Four of us went there yesterday for lunch, we ate very well, all excellent native products, the owners were kind and competent... super view... to come back. Patrizia, Ermes, Marvi and Bruno.

A magical place, fabulous guys with lots of talent in the kitchen and in the dairy department where you can buy their products... It's really worth going to visit them!!!! eeeee taste your friend's grappa!!!!!

Excellent cuisine with local products

We went to this hut for lunch and it was a really nice experience! The welcome and the atmosphere are very familiar and you immediately feel warmly welcomed. The dishes offered are designed and reasoned to offer an explosion of tastes and flavours. The proposals were explained in detail and it is clear that the managers care a lot about the place. We will definitely be back!

In this mountain hut you can eat very well, in a family atmosphere. The raw material is genuine and of high quality, it is artfully cooked with a lot of passion, managing to offer traditional, tasty cuisine with a touch of originality. Keep it up.

We came to Malga Livan to eat and we left with a nice piece of fresh cheese, the cheese display case was too inviting. Their starter of cheeses and cured meats with various jams and vegetables is delicious, as is the red squares with radicchio, gorgonzola and speck with walnuts and caramelized onions. Super Florentine steak with pan-fried potatoes. The guys who run the hut are very courteous, helpful and you can really see that they do this job with passion and dedication

Posto perfetto per qualsiasi occasione. La location è stupenda, panoramica ed immers nella natura. Cibo squisito e personale super cordiale.
