A stunning location: The mountain hut is nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, just a stone's throw from the famous Tre Cime di Lavaredo peaks, at an altitude of approximately 2,200 meters above sea level. The views from the windows, terrace, and surrounding trails are pure gold and the perfect backdrop for Instagram photos. An ideal base for active people: The region offers a multitude of hiking trails of varying difficulty, from easy strolls to challenging trails (the Dolomites are high mountains, so a good level of fitness is essential!). Here, you can hike, backpack, and even birdwatch.

Nice cabin, lots of people, prices are simply higher, but in the total heat you would give anything for a little water or juice. Part of the classic circuit, so you can stop here or move on.

6 euros for water with syrup :D 15 euros for pasta with tomato sauce without anything else. A bit overpriced but given the location it is in, I understand. Even out of season at the end of September, there is practically nowhere to sit. Such a promising stop that will disappoint you a bit. If you are doing the Tre Cime circuit, probably not, but if you are going all the way from Lago Di Landro, then yes.

This is the last mountain lodge before returning to Auronzo. If you've made it this far, you've arrived.

This is one of the mountain huts you can use when going around Tre Cime. It's the last hut going counterclockwise. We had draft beer, soup, and pasta. The beer was cold and delicious. The food isn't particularly delicious, but you can usually eat and drink without having to carry your own food, so it's good enough for mountain hut quality. Food and drink are not allowed, and toilets are paid, but I guess that's to be expected since you're on the mountain. I think the negative comments are trying to judge it by the same standards as in town. It was very crowded even around 3pm on a weekday in the first week of September, but I could feel the enthusiasm they put into providing hospitality in the limited circumstances.

In terms of food and culture, this is by far the best alpine pasture around the Three Peaks. We visited the other two large alpine pastures, which unfortunately have the feel of a cafeteria. The beer and soup were delicious; the pasture relies on organic and regional ingredients. The staff were very friendly, which again was a stark contrast to the other two large pastures.

Located away from the crowds, this alpine pasture offers a soothing break for hikers, nature lovers, and connoisseurs. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed – surrounded by majestic peaks, you immediately feel like you've slowed down. The delicious Alpine platter, served with regional specialties and meticulous attention to detail, is particularly noteworthy. A culinary delight after a hike!
