We went for the "Made in Malga" event, having seen the posters advertising a sheep farming and ranching activity at Malga Col del Vento. We had an appetizer of cheeses and cured meats, followed by cheese gnocchi for the main course, and dessert. Everything was truly excellent, as was the service and the kindness of the staff. (The only downside was the wine on tap, but that could easily be improved.)
The afternoon activity was very nice and interesting, thanks in part to the friendliness of the owner of the mountain hut. The little girl was thrilled, and so were we, her parents!
We'll be back to try the stew!

In short, if you want to eat in a typical Asiago setting with young, dynamic, and friendly management, I recommend this place. Excellent cuisine, delicious ingredients.

I've been going to Malga Col del Vento for several years, whether for lunch, a snack, or just to enjoy the beautiful view. It's a truly lovely place, and the staff is always kind and friendly. 💗 Plus, the food is delicious! If you want to take a nice walk and eat something, you can't miss it. 🐑🥧⛰️

Ci torniamo con frequenza bimestrale sin dai tempi dell'inizio della odierna gestione ed è sempre una conferma di qualità e quantità delle porzioni servite con rara cortesia. Menù caratteristico e ricco con piatti fuori lista a seconda delle stagioni. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Fortemente consigliato.
