When I'm at the Lido, I invariably go to this bar where they make excellent croissants, as well as delicious coffees, cappuccinos, etc. Even the sandwiches, focaccias and everything related to lunch and dinner are of excellent quality. Furthermore, the staff is very kind and the place, both inside and outside, has many seats and even sofas, where you can pleasantly sit on sunny days reading the newspaper or simply watching the people go by. If you haven't understood, it's my favorite bar!

Have found it difficult to find good vegan options, but Maleti had fantastic salads and roasted vegetables. So happy we found this lovely restaurant on this trip. My mother had the smoked salmon sandwich and said it was absolutely delicious. Amazing value ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you

Il Bar Maleti è da sempre uno dei miei posti preferiti. Ogni volta che ci torno ritrovo la stessa atmosfera meravigliosa: accogliente, elegante e autentica. Il servizio è sempre impeccabile, il personale gentile e attento. Che sia per un caffè veloce, una colazione o una pausa più lunga, da Maleti ti senti sempre coccolato. Un vero punto di riferimento per chi cerca qualità e un’esperienza speciale a Venezia.

Bar Maleti is a lovely cafe bar in Lido Venice that excels in its coffee and pastry offerings. The coffee is top-notch, exactly what you'd hope for in Italy, and their pastries are fresh and incredibly tasty, making it a perfect spot for a delightful breakfast or mid-morning treat. The atmosphere is also quite charming, providing a nice place to soak in the Venetian vibe. However, during my visit, the service was noticeably lacking. While not unfriendly, the staff seemed somewhat disengaged and slow to respond. Getting their attention for orders or assistance wasn't always easy, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Overall, Bar Maleti is a solid choice for those prioritizing excellent coffee and delicious pastries in a nice ambiance.

Stopped here after noticing it was busy on the way to the beach, seated quickly and orders taken. Spritz on point, food arrived swift. Never caught the waiters name but very hard working chap. Would return anytime.
