Nigiri, carpaccio, sashimi, and rolls are prepared with great care, the rice is cooked and seasoned to perfection, and each dish arrives elegantly and refinedly presented. A great asset is undoubtedly the manager... kind, professional, and always available. He welcomed us with a smile, explained the menu clearly, and recommended the best dishes based on our tastes, demonstrating his passion and knowledge of the product.
