Maison Morotti In Castelletto sopra ticino

I relied on this pastry shop to make two birthday cakes. Not being from the area, I asked a friend to recommend a good place. I have to be honest: the location was very beautiful, minimal and tidy. The prices, however, leave something to be desired. The cakes cost 40 euros per kg. 😮 I ordered an oreo cheesecake and a hazelnut ice cream cake. The cheesecake didn't taste much like cheesecake, but was more like a parfait.

A beautiful way to start the day in the best way? A breakfast in this wonderful place a few steps from the lake. The choice of brioches is truly vast, from classic to vegan (the one filled with raspberry is excellent). High quality ingredients and abundant filling. A great recognition for the presence on the menu of alternatives for lactose intolerants (soya cappuccino/cappuccino with lactose-free milk, the latter almost impossible to find in other places!). Very nice and pleasant environment thanks to the pastel colors of the furnishings. Rating: 10! Compliments!

I was looking for an ice cream shop with internal seating, for convenience, having a small child. I found this one by chance, and we decided to try it! Fantastic! Clean, bright and welcoming place. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Delicious ice cream and refined ingredients. Highly recommended!

Very nice place, excellent pastries and drinks, the only flaw is the prices, too high for the service offered.

A pastry shop, near the main square of Sesto Calende bathed by the Ticino River. Welcoming with colors that recall the Belle Epoque. A good breakfast with various choices of desserts. Very nice to try

I went this morning for breakfast, very nice place. Very kind and welcoming staff. They added ice cream and let us taste a couple of flavors and I have to say they were really delicious, we'll be back to try them all!

Ivano e Ambrogio i numeri 1!!! Gentilissimi servizio impeccabile e cocktail buonissimi. Siamo venuti con amici per un aperitivo di compleanno e ci siamo trovati benissimo. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!
