Very kind girl, she let us try a flavor we had doubts about, the ice cream is really good and is artisanal, a hazelnut and a pistachio like that are difficult to find around, there are also some particular flavors such as Lemon and Basil and Grapefruit and Lavender which I recommend trying, they give a note of notable freshness, Orange and Cinnamon is also highly recommended, an ice cream shop rated by Gambero Rosso and not for nothing!

Refined and refined pastry shop, welcoming and elegant environment, overlooking the Ticino, very friendly and helpful staff, puts you in a good mood! The mini Red Velvet cheesecake and the single-portion pistachio and raspberry are my favorite pastries!

Nice pastry shop, good desserts, perhaps not excellent because I tried cream puffs, good but not very good. New and well-kept environment, certainly welcoming. The pastry shop is barely noticeable from the outside, having been seen by chance while walking.

19/03/2025: A CORNER OF VIENNA IN FARA! If you want to taste a real Sacher, made with all the trappings of the original recipe, you can't miss a trip to the Prolo pastry shop. Only here did I find the Sacher made to perfection with the external frosting as crunchy as a thin sheet of chocolate. The quality of the raw materials and the perfect balance of the ingredients, the filling with the jam of their artisanal production and the perfect glazing make their product unique, absolutely up to the Viennese original. For me, without a shadow of a doubt, at Prolo you will find the best Sacher in Novara and its province. And a daughter and granddaughter of Austrians, raised in the cult of this cake, tells you this. P.s. While you've indulged in tasting their specialty: Fara's kisses, they won't disappoint you!
