Awesome experience!! We had a classic sfincione, an onion sfincione, and a scaccia with tomato, basil, and onion. The sfincione dough was soft, moist, and airy, with a flavorful sauce; the scaccia smelled of basil, with plenty of sauce. The lady who served us was very kind. It cost €10 in total, and we took lunch to the beach. I highly recommend it. Don't be fooled by the places on the main street selling arancini; this is the real Sicilian lunch you can take home.

We looked for a place to eat off the beaten tourist track, not too far away (it's on a street parallel to the main road), but frequented by locals (just how I like it). A lovely place, with tables for dining inside and out, beautifully displayed products, and I discovered it had been awarded for the quality of its raw materials. I tried the pizzas, and the quality of the dough and flour was clearly on a higher level. I can only imagine what their other focaccias and breads would be like. I didn't take photos because I didn't want to seem intrusive (we were the only ones inside at the time). If I were to return to the area, I would definitely return. I recommend it to everyone.
