I've been to Magna Roma and the carbonara was truly exceptional: just the right amount of creaminess, with crispy bacon, and perfectly balanced flavors. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the respect for Roman tradition. Attentive service, welcoming atmosphere. A place to definitely return to!

For those who've tried carbonara in Rome... like at Osteria di Piazza Sonnino or other renowned places in the center and then try this... it makes you cry, it has nothing to do with it, they don't know how to make it, there's cream and maybe even a little cheddar sauce. The rest is okay all in all.
