The carbonara and cacio e pepe are excellent. The place was quickly fixed up, no customizations are noticeable.
I encountered a wobbly table and some chipped chairs. I had to wait a bit even though the place was practically empty as it was 2.30pm.

Last Sunday we booked a table for 2.00 pm, but when we arrived we were told that we had to wait a bit... After 45 minutes of vain waiting, we went for lunch in the restaurant opposite.

My first piece of advice is: don't go on a Saturday! We certainly made a mistake in choosing the day, because too much confusion also generates a worse service.
I had never eaten Giudia artichoke, but I found it flavourless, overcooked and poorly cleaned. Those who were with me agreed. A delusion.
The first courses however were very good, we tried gricia and carbonara. I personally preferred the gricia!
The desserts were also good, even though we waited a long time before having them and we asked for them at least 4 times.
Rushed and somewhat approximate service, we were at a passing table and we received several shoves and elbows on the head from the waiters.
The experience can certainly be improved, who knows if we will have the courage to try it again on a day with less confusion.

Very good dishes. I ate my first Judean artichoke.
Nice environment.
The waiters perhaps should be trained a little more (one had brought the "Magna Roma" calling it "here we have a Cacio e pepe with bacon, artichokes and something else").

Sometimes the expectation is higher than the reality, let me explain better, a week after the opening the dishes are already half broken "ramshackle", ladder to go up to the mezzanine which does not seem like a new opening but rather a continuation of management , sometimes unprofessional staff. I'm sorry, but the first courses are not the same as the other Magna Roma ones
