I had dinner at this place, I tried the pinsa and it was good, light, crispy, and made with quality ingredients. The potatoes were also delicious, golden brown, flavorful, and not greasy. The staff was friendly. Recommended.

If you want to try good, authentic Roman cuisine, this is the best choice; it's hands down the best Roman trattoria in Catania and the surrounding area. The restaurant is rustic yet elegant, the staff are friendly and very helpful, and the menu offers a wide selection, ranging from traditional Roman dishes to Sicilian favorites. The house wine is a pleasant accompaniment throughout the meal. I found the potatoes dipped in the cacio e pepe cream to be brilliant. But the highlight of this trattoria is undoubtedly the traditional first courses, especially the tonnarelli alla carbonara on a pecorino romano crust, which, besides being beautiful to look at, were also fabulous to eat. The pasta was cooked just right; the egg, pecorino, and pepper were balanced, and the guanciale was clearly of high quality, not overpowering all the flavors. A perfect experience, I'll definitely return to try more.
