Far from the tourist traps, we find ourselves in the heart of Italian family cuisine. The dishes are exquisite, special mention goes to the spaghetti carbonara, it's the best in Rome that I've had the chance to taste. The staff is lovely and welcoming. You feel right at home. I recommend it.

Real Roman cuisine, authentic flavors and recipes. Exquisite staff, 70's retro atmosphere, very clean. It's like going to eat at a close uncle's. Go there!

Excellent typical Roman place. Warm, almost familiar welcome. Excellent food, excellent company and warm and attentive service. I recommend the meatballs. They are amazing.

We wanted a typical Roman trattoria, and in Dar Maghetto we found an authentic, warm and familiar place. The dishes were sublime. We enjoyed macaroni carbonara, tagliolini with artichokes and gnocchi with wild boar sauce. As a second course, Roman tripe, livers, saltimbocca and meatballs (the addition of lemon was divine). After a bike trip from Siena, this dinner was simply the best thing we could have asked for at that moment

Trattoria molto semplice dove però predomina l'attenzione per il cliente. Abbiamo preso il piatto del giorno; pasta con i carciofi e guanciale, ottima cottura della pasta, sapore delicato, veramente buono. Avevamo chiesto una tagliata di frutta con fragole non condite e la cosa sorprendente è stato che per accontentarci sono andati a comprare un cestino di fragole. Talvolta si è alla ricerca della novità ma qui si apprezza la bontà dei sapori semplici. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Nel quartiere studentesco San Lorenzo un tempio di cucina magica! Tutto saporito ma leggero. Cucina casalinga e atmosfera familiare, sempre gentilezza e accoglienza da 10 e lode. Provate i piatti romani e anche la carne in varie ricette. Dar maghetto soddisfazione sicura! Consigliato

Trattoria Epiro

28/01/2025: It is a wine bar and restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere and great service. I personally loved the starters; The rest of the dishes were breaded and fried and I don't tolerate it well. The desserts are not bad.
27/12/2024: The tongue was delicious, the gnocchi a delicacy!!! We will definitely be back
