For me it is a place that is really worth it. A two-hour journey, flying away in an instant, in which you are a passenger, for a flight to unknown countries. Impeccable service, poetry in the dishes. Excellent price/quality ratio.

It was wonderful to find a place where the elegant and welcoming environment combines so perfectly with a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The care in the choice of raw materials and the creativity in the combinations of flavors are fundamental elements here to make each dish an extraordinary experience. I found courtesy, friendliness, professionalism and a lot of humanity. I hope to be able to return soon to enjoy other delights prepared with skill and passion!

This for me is a magical place, where I like to go to have an experience out of the ordinary. Everything is delicious, starting from the environment, the atmosphere, also created by the unexpected musical choices, the beauty of the dishes and the constant surprises: aesthetics and flavor fused together. A combination that is well worth the expense. For me, a vegan for many years, among the very first customers of the historic Joia in Milan (where the excellent chef Fabrizio trained), Maggese deserves a cascade of stars.

We left Rome just to be able to sit at their table. An incredible experience that is renewed with every course. We left really excited!

It was recommended to me... and never was the advice so spot on. Small, very elegant and refined restaurant in the center of San Miniato. Everything was above my expectations....food that involved all the senses, the chef very good at explaining his dishes and all the staff truly at the top. Maggese restaurant....a fantastic experience....to try I highly recommend it

Se uno non lo prova non si rende conto: le parole non bastano a far capire l’esplosione di sapori, l’accostamento tra materie prime di prima qualità. Il tutto condito da un servizio molto cortese, preciso ed attento alle richieste del cliente. Non è una cena come le altre, è un divertimento alla ricerca di gusti che ti rendono la serata veramente eccezionale. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per l’impegno e la dedizione volti a rendere “unica” questa esperienza. Menu da 10 e lode, perché 11 non si può dare! Grazie

Cena in due, abbiamo optato per un menu degustazione e per un aperitivo con bollicine e pop corn con spolverata di tartufo. Sapori equilibrati, piatti ricchi di umami, si sente che attingono alla cucina orientale. Consiglio a tutti, ma soprattutto (e lo dico da NON vegetariana!) a coloro che credono che un pasto privo di proteine animali sia privo di sapori. Servizio attento, non troppo formale, non invadente. Location piccola, intima e carina, secondo me adatto a cene romantiche o d’affari.
