Fantastic experience. Even though I'm not vegetarian, I was thrilled with how they managed to create masterpieces with seasonal ingredients, combined with taste and creativity. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The owner was interested in hearing how we enjoyed our meal. An experience worth repeating.

Vegetarian restaurant located in the historic center of San Miniato, with indoor seating. Reservations are recommended. The attentive and attentive service is provided. The chef and owner explains the menu and recommends dishes that arrive at your table like small works of art, carefully crafted and delicious. Congratulations!

Amazing vegetarian restaurant.
We loved every course.
The only thing is that in the tasting menu there are a 3 smoked dishes that is not my favorite taste (my suggestion is to have only one especially in a tasting many).
despite that overall amazing experience and food level. 👏🏼

A unique experience, sublime food, kind and welcoming staff. We ate at the two seats at the counter, and it was magical to watch the dishes being assembled. Everyone should treat themselves to an experience at this excellent restaurant!! Thanks guys ❤️

Sono stato a cena con una coppia di amici che me lo hanno consigliato, sia x il cibo che x lo stile, ma anche x il prezzo ,locale elegante intimo e accogliente..molto apprezzato il colore verde! Personale gentile preparato e sorridente, e il cibo un esperienza da fare,x descriverlo bissogna assaggiarlo e lasciarsi trasportare dai sensi!io ci tornerò 🌿💚
