I had a lovely dinner at this restaurant with my husband. I had heard great things about it, and I have to say that the dinner—or rather, the experience—exceeded my expectations. It's hard to describe the explosion (literally) of flavors in every course. Flavors and combinations, sometimes unusual, but always perfect! Everything was excellent! The service was also excellent, impeccable in its attention to detail and attentiveness! The atmosphere was elegant yet warm! You'd expect a place like this in Milan or London—a real gem in the heart of San Miniato. Compliments to the chef! It's truly on another level! We'll be back.

Absolutely spectacular. The service, food, and overall experience at Ristorante Maggese are on another level. At one point they even played a 1950’s Mexican bolero for me—and it fit right into the atmosphere as if it were made for the place. Every dish was creative, balanced, and bursting with flavor, clearly crafted with passion and precision. The staff went above and beyond, making the evening feel personal and unforgettable. This is not just dinner, it’s an experience. Truly Michelin Guide level—this place deserves stars. ✨
