One of the most wonderful hotels I've visited in Italy - Bolzano! The Magdalener Hof is more than just a place to stay; it's a complete experience that makes your trip to Bolzano special in every detail. As soon as you enter the hotel, you feel comfortable and warm, as if you're at home. The rooms are tidy and clean, and the view is breathtaking. But the most beautiful thing of all is the staff. Honestly, I've never seen such kindness and friendliness, especially Jakob, Khoula, Eszter, and Sophia. They were the epitome of true hospitality and the kindness of the Italian people—always smiling, helpful, and welcoming you in a way that makes you feel like you're special people, not just customers. I would recommend anyone planning to visit Bolzano to book at the Magdalener Hof without hesitation. Appena inside, senti una pace and a calorie come se fossi the house. The camera is now installed, and the view is automatically installed. What the cosa più bella in assoluto è il modo in which il personale ti accogli. One station, none of which are visible to the gentler and cortesia – in part with Jakob, Khoula, Eszter and Sophia. Sono new features of the vera hospital and the popolo italiano button - this is the case, available, and that fanno sent a special person, not a single client. If you stay in Bolzano, visit the Magdalene Hof. For me, thank you for 5 days - with your heart!

A truly beautiful 4-star hotel. Very dog-friendly. Great, modern yet stylish furnishings. Friendly staff. The rooms are top-notch: modern, spacious, welcoming, and bright. First-class restaurant at reasonable prices. Very helpful reception. Note: A car is necessary, but parking is very limited. This is a real problem, especially on Sundays. There is little green space around the hotel that can be accessed. This is problematic for dog owners. I would love to give it 5 stars, but the hotel's location deducts one star. Nevertheless, a truly lovely, recommendable, small 4-star hotel, which makes you wonder why it doesn't have 5 stars or at least an S.

Wow.... So friendly and helpful people. We were feeling so welcome already in the phone booking the rooms. Rooms are not.lage, but have it all and are well made. We will be back. And once again, so friendly staff!

The hotel is clean and wonderful, and its location is excellent and quiet Its location is not in the center of Bolzano, a little outside the city The air conditioner was not working because they turn it off completely during the cold months (our time was April 2025). There is a bus that comes approximately every 14 minutes directly in front of the hotel and takes you to the center for free (you must take the bus card from them) Regular breakfast (baked goods - cheese - eggs)

One of my best hotel stays of all time (and I’ve stayed at many)! Our first stop in the Dolomites was Bolzano. We stayed for one night at Hotel Magdalener Hof and we were blown away. After parking on the side of the hotel, we walked into the charming lobby where you’ll see a painting of Magdalener. The check-in process was easy and the lady working took us to our room. We passed by the elegant restaurant and the bar. All of it was great and the rooms are even better. It’s luxury at its finest. A beautiful bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. All of the toiletries you need (which isn’t a given in Europe). The bedroom is just as nice with a comfortable bed and a nice patio where you can see a breathtaking view of the mountains and relax when the weather cooperates. The complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch too. The breakfast (which is included) is more than a typical Italian breakfast. Thank you for the German influence here. Various deli meats, scrambled eggs, bread, desserts, fruits, cereal, and more are available at the buffet along with coffee and fresh juice. My biggest complaint is that we only stayed one night. And since we arrived late, we didn’t get to enjoy the hotel as long as we would have liked. This is the type of hotel where I would gladly stay for a week or longer. I’ve been to many hotels in my day and Hotel Magdalener Hof is one of the best. While it’s not in the center of Bolzano, we walked to downtown Bolzano at night (which took about 20-25 minutes). If you don’t like to walk like us, you’re looking at a short drive (five minutes or so). While being in the center of the action would have been nice, being away from it made for a quieter and homier experience.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean, great food in the evenings, and a very appealing and extensive breakfast buffet. Great location, about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town.

Prima di natale ho soggiornato in questo hotel per tre notti, la camera comfort molto bella mansardata e con visto sul giardino, la colazione a buffet ricca e con prodotti di ottima qualità, posizione comodissima e parcheggio gratuito. Ho cenato due sera nel ristorante ed è stata una bellissima esperienza il locale molto curato, il personale gentile e premuroso, per non parlare del cibo tutto ottimo e con materie prime eccellenti, ho mangiato del pesce fantastico, complimenti a tutto lo staff.
