This is my third time staying at this hotel, and for me, it's one of the best in Bolzano: friendly reception, always attentive and smiling staff, modern and designer rooms (you can even see the effort to reduce unnecessary plastic—well done!), fantastic gym, and breakfast with varied, quality ingredients. I've also tried the restaurant a couple of times, and it's worthy of the property. I always feel at home and welcomed—a truly great hotel. See you next time!

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the receptionist was very kind and professional. The room was also nice and clean; however, it was prepared for one person instead of two. There was only one pillow and a single small blanket, which was not enough for two guests. When I tried to contact room service around 6:00 PM, no one answered, and unfortunately, the reception did not respond either.
The other disappointing point was the location of my room (No. 302), which was right next to the elevator. The sound of the elevator motor was very noisy and continued until almost midnight.
