So, the coffee is always good. BUT the service, honestly, sucks. I'm not talking about the entire staff, but especially about one waitress who has no desire to work. I'm not asking her to smile while taking or delivering my order, but at least show a little respect. Today I had a coffee and, while she was bringing it to me, the spoon fell off. Okay, it happens. I expected her to change it, but no: not even an apology. I got up and had to do it all myself. I asked the barista to change it without saying whose fault it was, BUT the waitress got pissed about it and, when I was about to pay, she gave me my change as if I were a homeless person asking for money. So the place is beautiful, the coffee is always good (I'd even say the best in Vicenza), and the staff is always kind, except for one waitress.
