MAGA BAR In Roma

Very positive experience. We came for the first time, and we found a welcoming environment, qualified and friendly staff. The fish was excellent, all very good and fresh. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommended!!

Vengo spesso qui sia per pranzo che per colazione. La mattina é un appuntamento con la felicità perché il personale è gentile, accogliente, sempre sorridente e mi fa sentire a casa. Adoro fare la colazione qui perché ci sono anche i cornetti senza glutine e quindi posso trovare qualche golosità per me (cosa non scontata perché sono difficili da trovare ad Ostia). Il pranzo poi è un modo di coccolarmi perché il menù é sempre di livello, vario e gustoso. Lo chef riesce sempre a sorprendermi con abbinamenti insoliti strepitosi. Consiglio questo posto a tutti quelli che vogliono mangiare da lusso ma sentirsi come a casa. Che forse pure quest’ultima cosa è il vero lusso… la semplicità è la gentilezza sono merce rara e qui per fortuna ci sono!

I often come here for both lunch and breakfast. The morning is an appointment with happiness because the staff is kind, welcoming, always smiling and makes me feel at home. I love having breakfast here because there are also gluten-free croissants so I can find some delicacies for myself (which is not a given because they are difficult to find in Ostia). Lunch is a way to pamper myself because the menu is always high quality, varied and tasty. The chef always manages to surprise me with amazing unusual combinations. I recommend this place to all those who want to eat luxuriously but feel at home. That perhaps this last thing is also true luxury... simplicity and kindness are rare commodities and luckily they are here!

What can I say: excellent and very fresh fish, refined dishes finished with care in their presentation, super-trained dining room staff and service on time. If I could I would give 10 stars!!! Thank you, it was a pleasure to be your guests

Da fuori puó essere sottovalutato, essendo anche un bar, ma una volta seduto al tavolo c’è da ricredersi. Cucina ricercata con materia prima di alto livello. Personale gentile e sorridente. Consiglio vivamente !

Lunch composed as follows: Two first courses, a glass of wine, water and place settings 50 euros. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful but the dishes were watered down and the truffle, paid for with a supplement of 4 euros, was not even noticeable. Tip: avoid mixing too many ingredients from different families (fish, cheese and truffle) if you are not very familiar with creaming.

The octopus was so rubbery that it could have been used to make soccer balls for Roma. And the price is quite high. But the atmosphere is nice and they served me at night, so I'm not complaining.
