L’entree della cena architettata dai nostri ospiti includeva una larga frittella con burrata e acciuga, un delizioso bocconcino di verdura compatto sormontato da un formaggio semisolido, una lieve frittella di fiori di zucchina e una zeppola; dopo l’entree, ottime trofie alla crema di zucchine e quindi un tenero e squadrato brasato di vitello con la sua salsa, con purè’ di patate e asparagi.
