A unique place to eat excellent dishes. I really have nothing to say other than that every dish that arrived at the table was delicious.
I am a person with many allergies so I am always a little afraid to eat in places I don't know... here they were very careful about this and it is something that doesn't happen often.

Good evening everyone, I can only say excellent things about the Madre Selva restaurant, we went there with my husband for our anniversary, recommended by a friend, never a better choice, the staff were very kind, our waiter at my request brought a glass of wine, and, I must say that having to choose between dessert or wine for diet reasons, he abounded in wine. The delicious and delicate appetizers, the soft and juicy meat and next time I will take the dessert instead of the wine because it was particularly tempting, a note of merit for the open kitchen and no smell in the room, moreover clean even in the bathroom, which is not a given, we will return and we will definitely recommend 👍 I forgot to write that for people like me, who am Umbrian and love meat, it is not easy to find it in Palermo, I am used to Chianina but here I can indulge

Very welcoming place and for the occasion of Valentine's Day, we found some petals lying on the table. The meat is first choice. We ate 400g between us of delicious Argentine rare meat. Mirko, a highly experienced waiter who I warmly recommend as a guide, recommended a red wine blend of 5 Argentine grapes. We let ourselves be guided by him and his experience to best enjoy a journey of flavors in distant lands.

MADRESELVA: a top-notch culinary experience.
Suggestive location, immersed in such a traditional atmosphere that you feel like you are on a trip to Argentina.
Welcoming staff, attentive to every need, kind, professional.
The chef and owner, Gustavo, is in love with the flavors and history of his land.
Their cuisine is a culinary jewel to try at least once in your life, from empanadas to meat to desserts.
Super recommended, we had a great time!!!

For lovers of "Argentine" meat, cuts of all types very well cooked and accompanied. Excellent and "challenging" dishes given the minimum weight that can be ordered. High level wines like everything else. Prices obviously not modest but adequate

Good food, courteous staff, but I didn't give the highest rating, but 4, due to the lack of transparency on the weight of the meat which is not done in front of us, the boy only verbally communicated that the weight was 1/1,200g, and furthermore he did not say the cost by weight, so we found ourselves in front of a slice of meat 🥩 weighing less in our opinion and with a receipt 🧾 quite high, almost €180 for 2 people (Wine €35) without starters.

La prima volta che ci sono stato con la mia fidanzata è stata un'esperienza negativa, perché ci hanno portato 850gr di carne oltre gli antipasti.
E' stato un grande spreco e per questo mi è sembrata una grave mancanza di professionalità.
Il cameriere dovrebbe guidare il cliente nella scelta ed avvertire nel caso in cui ordini un quantitativo di carne eccessivo per due persone.
La seconda volta ho dovuto insistere per avere una pezzatura minore ed è andata un poco meglio, ma sempre oltre i 300gr a testa (troppo).
Il cibo è molto buono con un mix di carni di provenienza NON SOLO argentina.
La pezzatura minima è irragionevolmente alta, portando facilmente il conto oltre le 120€ a coppia.

Ho prenotato in una sera di inizio estate con un mio amico “forestiero” amante della carne: abbiamo iniziato con delle Empanadas buonissime, le avrei volute provare tutte! Poi abbiamo preso del cervo e una ribeye. Qualità della carne alta, dolci nella media (forse ho sbagliato la scelta, ahimè).
Prezzi giusti, tutto considerato (70 a testa).
Tornerò sicuramente se voglio mangiare della buona carne a Palermo.
