Madreselva - Restaurante Argentino In Palermo

A true "CULINARY EXPERIENCE." We'd heard about Madre Selva, and last night we had firsthand confirmation of what they'd told us. Simply perfect. The owner and chef went out of his way to reserve a table for us, even leaving the table early. The staff is courteous, helpful, and above all, extremely knowledgeable. We took their advice and everything was spot on, from the choice of empanadas as an appetizer to the selection of meat cuts and side dishes. We chose three different cuts of meat based on the advice of the person serving us. Special mention for the wagyu and picanha with truffle-infused butter on top. Churros and crema catalana finished off perfectly. Excellent value for money. Compliments to the chef and the wait staff. We'll be back 🥩

I Am so impressed by the food and quality of this hip restaurant. Ricardo was our server and totally took great care of our dinner. When we left the place was packed and he still managed everything with ease. The home made breed Dee lish The empanadas to start were great and not too spicy sauce The best was the chefs 3 steaks on a hit grill medium RARE. The ribeye was to die for. Juicy and tender and cooked with just salt to perfection Desert amazing I love this place I felt like I left Italy and went south

Today we went to dinner. It was a wonderful place. The food was excellent, the meat cooked just the way we like it, and the wine was very good. Everyone's attention was top-notch. We even got to say hello to the chef and congratulate him. The prices were in line with the quality of the food and wine. It was like being back home eating a barbecue, but in this beautiful city. We'll be waiting for the sommelier in Rosario when he's ready to meet you.

I had an amazing evening enjoying the best red wine from Mendoza. The chef, Gustavo, was incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience even better. Don’t leave without trying the delicious ham and cheese empanadas !! ALSO especially recommend maizena’s alfajores , they’re outstanding! I can’t wait to get back Gracias gustavo SOS MUY CRACK !! 🇪🇸🇦🇷

As an Argentinian, I truly felt at home. The food, atmosphere, music, and service were EXCELLENT! My partner had the empanadas for starters, and I had a provoleta, which were exquisite, followed by asado and steaks. For dessert, we had traditional alfajores, and thanks to Leandro, an incredible wine selection! I'd definitely go back and recommend it. 👏
