A day at the pool, including lunch, was a pleasant discovery. The location, surrounded by greenery, was quiet, and above all, the staff were delightful. Top-quality, zero-mile products. I recommend!

We stayed from July 31, 2025 to August 4, 2025. What can I say...surrounded by greenery. Silence, courtesy, and expertise. A wonderful experience. Mrs. Emanuela, the owner, is a wonderful and pleasant person with whom to engage in wonderful, highly cultural conversations. Mrs. Michela, who, if she weren't here, would have to be replaced. A delightful person, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. The food is refined and healthy. If you want to experience a symphony of flavors...this is the place. 10 out of 10!

I only spent one night at this farmhouse but I had a great time, I recommend it!

Lovely place surrounded by nature, yet easily accessible from the highway. Rooms, meals, pool wonderful as are the owners. Highly recommended for a day or weekend of complete relaxation.

Delicious local food, location surrounded by greenery with attention to detail in the furnishings and a one-of-a-kind swimming pool. We have been there several times and returned for a beautiful sunny day on Easter Monday. Family management that makes the environment even more pleasant to live in. Highly recommended!

I celebrated my 30th birthday in this little jewel immersed in the Umbrian countryside with a surprise party organized. The staff lent themselves perfectly to the surprise and proved to be super helpful in every aspect (from the decision of the menu based on the budget, to the layout of the room and the generosity of the food, all home-grown at km0). We spent a day in total relaxation between excellent food and the swimming pool (which also has a hydromassage!). I highly recommend it!

I review the restaurant of this family-run farmhouse that is simply WONDERFUL! The food was really excellent, all 0 km, the owner is really delightful, she explained to us all the production of the various dishes, all excellent, even the wines, the bitters and the all natural drinks. A place that I really recommend with all my heart, there aren't many places like this, it's truly a little gem surrounded by nature, I really feel like sending my heartfelt compliments, my friends and I couldn't have found a better place to spend a beautiful Sunday.
