5 stars are few because it is a simply fantastic place! One of the few REAL farmhouses left, where REAL home-grown produce is produced and guests are pampered with delicious breakfasts and with the great added value of the outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage: A DREAM! I highly recommend it to all those who want to spend a few days in peace, completely immersed in nature. THANK YOU SO MUCH MANUELA FOR EVERYTHING, we will definitely be back!

Lovely place, excellent services, spotless rooms, excellent food with dishes made with local products so everything is genuine. Tranquility and well-being reign supreme, the owners are very kind and very sociable people. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for tranquility/relaxation and good food

Beautiful farmhouse in the Umbrian countryside, rustic rooms and structure but with all the services and perfectly maintained. The highlight is the very large garden with swimming pool equipped with shower, deckchairs, umbrellas/gazebos and bar service to spend days in complete relaxation. An absolute must-try is Michela's cuisine which offers delicious dishes every day, all strictly using local raw materials which are harvested that same morning. Excellent location, 5 minutes from San Gemini and 20 minutes from Narni and the Marmore waterfalls. The owner Manuela is an authentic force of nature and will be able to recommend dozens of destinations to visit in the area. Recommended for those who want to experience a few days of total relaxation and good cuisine alternating with exploration of the area.

We only spent one night at this place and we loved it. Manuela, Michela and Adelaide won us over with their genuine kindness and hospitality. The place is a corner of peace, there is a beautiful bio-pool and various umbrellas or pergolas around it where you can choose your own corner to relax, surrounded by trees and the Umbrian countryside. Excellent food! We ate simple but tasty dishes, and appreciated the unique flavors of the land's products. Also breakfast with homemade desserts and delicious bread and jam. In short, we will definitely return and I recommend anyone looking for peace, authenticity and joy to try it
