The Sacher was good, although I would have preferred a slightly firmer base. The jam seemed a bit mixed with the rest of the cake, while I like the distinct texture, as in the traditional recipe. Overall, it was a bit soft, but still enjoyable. The only real complaint is the price: the setting is elegant, yes, but the place is decidedly expensive.

Excellent experience! The restaurant offers unique dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every dish is meticulously crafted, from authentic flavor to impeccable presentation. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to offer professional advice. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, perfect for enjoying the ever-changing and unique dishes. A typically Art Nouveau restaurant with large windows that make it bright and elegant without being overbearing.
The open kitchen prepares excellent dishes. We tried mozzarella donuts with anchovy mousse, amberjack tartare, tacos with creamed cod, fettuccine (potato gnocchi, at my request) with white duck ragù, and grilled octopus.
Everything was truly delicious and perfectly prepared.
The wait staff is young and friendly, and the service is efficient. Even the kitchen team is made up of young, knowledgeable people.
Highly recommended.

Four types of Madeleine to enjoy for a delicious breakfast at this lovely place. The cappuccino and coffee are good. The croissant with cream is also good. I wasn't convinced by the small Venetian with a thin layer of cream on the dome. The carefully designed furnishings make it a pleasant place to spend some time. The staff is courteous and efficient. Prices are average. Parking is difficult, but there's a parking lot in the adjacent Piazza Bainsizza for three euros an hour. Seating is both inside and outside, with table service.
