Excellent pizza. Very kind staff. I needed to have dinner very early and the owner was extremely courteous. Brand new furnishings and fabulous outdoor garden. Top in Racale.

Very good pasta and pista and additionally available already at 7pm (what is challenging in the region). Very nice staff. Very good value for money.

Tourist restaurant, very nice internal courtyard, typical of the place. Attentive and courteous service... also because there were only us and one other table. We came for the pizza but I didn't find it particularly good, neither the dough nor the seasoning. The fried foods are good and there is an excellent choice of craft beers on tap.

We had a great time, the pizzas are very good and Sergio was very helpful, giving us good tips for our stay in the region. At the top Saverio and carolina di Francia ;)

Perfect experience... what can I say, almost every evening I take a steak which to define as good is an understatement, crunchy and seasoned appropriately, I can't wait for dinner time to arrive

I went to this place last night with my boyfriend, with the intention of eating a pizza but in reality the menu offers much more, in fact we ate some typical Salento fried "meatballs" recommended by the owner as an appetizer. Then we moved on to the pizzas: a margherita and a "Valle d'Itria" (the latter included in the menu as a special pizza). What impressed us most was the quality and goodness of the ingredients used especially for the pizza dough, which was very light and digestible!! Among the positive notes is also the possibility of ordering takeaway and the speed of the service!! Very recommended!!

Locale accogliente, abbiamo cenato nel tranquillo cortile interno. Personale gentile, servizio veloce. Assaggiata la pizza Valle d'Itria, (Fior di latte, Rucola, Capocollo di Martina Franca, Burrata artigianale e datterini gialli), i panzerotti Leccesi e le polpettine di polpo. Pizza cotta nel forno a legna buonissima, impasto leggero, ben condita con prodotti di qualità. Buoni anche i fritti. Consigliato.

04/09/2024: We received a recommendation for dinner and were happy and satisfied. In this tavern next to the Church of Cristo Re, where a table was set for us, we ordered a substantial appetizer for two, Andria Martina Spilinga, based on smoked burrata from Andria, capocollo from Martina Franca and bruschetta bread from Spilinga. Two first courses, troccoli cacio e pepe with purple prawn tartare, and paccheri del sacristano, based on dried tomato cream, stracciatella with crunchy fans of Norcia bacon. The taste of the stracciatella mixed with the other ingredients made the dish tasty and positively dampened the first perception of having to deal with a dish that was too tasty. An artisanal lemon sorbet. The service was prompt and fast, the wait was limited, the bill was normal, due to the location of the restaurant and the quality of the dishes
