I've been a regular customer for a long time and I can say with certainty that I wouldn't trade this place for any other in the area. Every time I come, I feel welcomed like I'm at home, thanks to the consistently pleasant, well-kept atmosphere, suitable for any occasion. The staff is simply fantastic: always smiling, kind, polite, and helpful. You can really feel the passion and attention they put into making every customer feel special. A special thank you goes to Veronica, the owner, a very sweet and thoughtful person, always attentive to every detail. I also chose this place to celebrate my birthday, and she was wonderful, helpful, and super kind, accommodating my every request with a smile. A place I highly recommend!

A good pastry shop inside a service area. Spacious enough for breakfast. Interesting desserts. I had a mini crumble cake with walnuts and maple syrup.

I frequent this bar very often, and each time it's a positive confirmation. The staff is always extremely kind, helpful, and attentive, even at peak times: despite the numerous requests, they really do their best to find a solution and accommodate you. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the desserts are simply delicious, with a wide variety to satisfy every taste. Madai is truly the best! Huge selection of desserts and super delicious and plentiful appetizers. Even when it's crowded, you don't have to wait long to be seated. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It's definitely worth a visit!

We had three coffees and a croissant. The prices were questionable, the quality mediocre, and the atmosphere was pleasant and perfect for socializing. The service needs to be reconsidered (very slow). Overall, a 3-star bar.
