Este es el lugar más increíble. El dueño es el tipo más agradable del planeta. Tuvimos una lección fabulosa sobre sus bebidas y cócteles y sus versiones de licores y mezclas. Bueno, fue un miércoles tranquilo por la noche, pero vamos a volver una y otra vez.

Mad – Souls & Spirits in the San Frediano neighborhood is unlike any bar I’ve visited. It’s small, funky, and wildly creative. The bartenders are mad geniuses, crafting cocktails that are clever, surprising, and delicious. I ordered the “Breaking Bad” – served in a science beaker and full of smoky mezcal goodness – and my friend got the “Bloody Mario,” a wild twist on a Bloody Mary. Both were amazing. The vibe is energetic and irreverent, with pop culture references and neon signs everywhere. It’s a bar that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but still delivers serious drinks. Prices are fair (€10–€14 per drink), and they also offer fun bar snacks. Staff were super friendly and explained the drinks like proud artists. We went twice in one week and loved it both times. Great for pre-dinner drinks or a full night out. It’s not a huge space, so get there early or be ready to stand – but honestly, it’s part of the experience.

Cocktails only and the menu is very creative...nothing you would recognize. We were going to leave but I asked our server if they could make "classic cocktails like a Manhattan". He said yes so we stayed. I had an excellent Manhattan and my wife had a great Cosmo. Overall a very good cocktail bar.

Original cocktails, incredible service and decoration and atmosphere taken care of in detail. You feel like you're at the home of friends who are fans of fantastic literature and quality cocktails! Highly recommended.

Finally a cocktail bar with some ideas and the courage to take actions and bring some serious (and nerdy) stuff on the table. I will be back for sure, it was a very nice experience and there are several cocktails on the menu that I want to try!! It can get crowded and over crowded during the weekend, for the best drinking experience choose a weekly day!!

We stayed here for a short while and it was a great experience! We had a few drinks and were very well received! The place is cool, interesting and located in a very busy area.

They make special cocktails, I had the edvige and it was very good, the prices are in line with the cocktail bars in Florence, but they also give two appetizers to eat, nothing special but it is always appreciated given today's bad habits. It also has outdoor seating, inside I don't know what it's like because I stopped outside.
