Exceptional burger, really generous portions and super friendly and helpful staff

I have to seriously commit to reviewing this place because I have to give an idea of ​​the wonder… I was here for the first time today. Relaxing, harmonious, joyful place. We are first welcomed by Mimì, the club's mascot, a kitten who couldn't be more beautiful. Then we are welcomed and served by Marco, visibly genuine and with such a spontaneous smile and kindness that exudes joy. At that point the food might have been mediocre but I would still have loved it… but what? THE BEST HAMBURGER SANDWICH EVER EATEN. All truly extraordinarily wonderful... I came after a very stressful day at work. And I filled my belly and emptied my mind here♥️ I wasn't able to photograph the sandwich because I was really hungry 😅 but here's a photo of Mimì, the best company you could wish for♥️

Young place with friendly, dynamic staff, excellent and well-groomed food, very dirty to look at but clearly studied in the kitchen. The environment perhaps indeed certainly can be improved, in exploiting the external part lights at the tables should be considered or given the place also a few rows of suspended light bulbs, some plants around the perimeter, something that makes the external space more enjoyable. The interior then has a WONDERFUL nerd corner, between comics, games and action figures, which makes you wonder why that same identity isn't propagated to the rest of the place by adorning the remaining bare white walls a bit. OR Obviously these are not criticisms that I won't go there to eat, but "as well as delicious food and excellent service you might also want to give a much better location. The potential for 5 stars in every entry is all there.

Locale consigliatissimo! Panini veramente buoni , gustosi e con la possibilità di assemblarli come si vuole . Non lo conoscevamo e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi . Peccato unicamente per il servizio che è molto lento ma la gentilezza dei camerieri e soprattutto del proprietario compensano ! Torneremo presto !

The quality of the burger ingredients and the courtesy of all the staff make Macinato a unique place to ALWAYS return to. You guys are fantastic, you always have a smile on your face even though you don't stop even for a moment. You are 100/10, thank you very much.

It is now the third time I go to Macinato during my stays in Palermo, and it is an unmissable stop. Fantastic location, very kind staff and some of the biggest and best sandwiches I've ever eaten. In my opinion, an experience that should absolutely be done at least once, even for those who are not from Palermo like me.

Let's start with the thing that struck me first: the location. The location represents what the guys who run this restaurant are, that is, simple guys. Gen Z kids, who like me played PS1 and PS2 as kids, with games like Crash Bandicoot and Spyro (they have a PS2 with a cathode ray tube TV with crash bash) and who grew up with Dragon Ball and One Piece. Surely, kids like me would find themselves in a familiar and nostalgic place. They are very nice and very friendly, and I find that this design choice is very appropriate, because they have targeted an audience with which they themselves identify, and have characterized the style of their restaurant, which attracts other Gen Z kids. Moving on to the quality of the food, from the photo you can understand that the good stuff can already be seen. Filthy, dirty and corrupt appetizers and sandwiches (as Gen Z likes) but which maintain a rather high quality. We had some chips with cheddar and pulled pork, overall good. But the highlight are the sandwiches: juicy, COOKED meat, not those rare burgers that shouldn't even be served since burgers should be eaten cooked; crispy bacon, good pulled pork, crispy onion rings, good sauces and cheddar. furthermore there are also specials (which I didn't take, but I will take the opportunity in the future) which change every month if I'm not mistaken, and give variety to the menu. Finally, the price. Paid 50 euros for: the tray of chips you see in the photo, some spectacular fried onion rings, 2 blonde beers and 2 figghipulled (yes the sandwich was called that, I told you guys are geniuses) which had included more chips. What can I say, I will 100% return. Congratulations indeed 🫶🏻.

In my opinion one of the best places in Palermo, both in terms of quality and (now increasingly a rarity) kindness and hospitality. Well-seasoned and plentiful sandwiches, wonderful side potatoes and excellent suggestions for drinks. I love this place and it remains my favorite!

First time trying it, what can I say? I don't want to exaggerate but the sandwich I got tonight is the best I've eaten in my life! Truly exceptional!

Ottima esperienza in questa fantastica burgheria, ci siamo fidati dalle ottime recensioni e abbiamo fatto bene. Mia mamma essendo celiaca ha preso il panino senza glutine, eccezionale. Super consigliato.
