A delightful place: from the excellent food at very affordable prices, to the welcoming atmosphere for nerds and non-nerds alike, to the lovely staff who remain helpful and smiling even when the place is full. Definitely worth a visit 💯💯💯

Super positive experience ✅ I'll start by saying that I've never given a restaurant 5 stars, but this place deserves it! From the moment we made our reservation over the phone, the staff was incredibly friendly, but let's move on to dinner: We were welcomed into the restaurant after a 10-15 minute wait (which is understandable given the crowds). The extremely kind and calm staff seated us and promptly took our reservation. We ordered an appetizer of mozzarella sticks + fresh potatoes with cheddar and bacon. The sticks weren't particularly delicious, but overall they were quite good, while the potatoes were truly superb. Next came the huge burgers, again accompanied by fresh potatoes with their skins on. What can I say? One of the best burgers I've ever had in Palermo. I'll conclude by absolutely recommending this place. Quality ingredients, reasonable prices, generous portions, and a staff with obsessive customer service. I'll definitely be back.

Everything was good, although I would have preferred you to keep the chips "coarsely" cut rather than these, those were really good, a special thanks to Tomas for his kindness and attention, ground always the best!

super cute concept, friendly staff and great burgers! I would suggest to put a more visible sign outside with the name of the restaurant instead of just the M logo cause many people were standing in front of it confused

Se si cercano panini "ignoranti" dal punto di vista della ricchezza di ingredienti e della mole, ma al tempo stesso "raffinati" dal punto di vista della qualità, dell'abbinamento e spesso della non banalità degli ingredienti stessi, Macinato è il posto giusto. Menzione anche per il servizio attento, caloroso, professionale ma non opprimente e per il rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo. Consigliatissimo.
