If you want to eat high-quality meat, then Macelleria da Gino in Laterza is the place to go. I had the opportunity to dine here a few nights ago and was absolutely blown away. From the sausages to the tagliata, to the typical Apulian bombette, everything was truly delicious (including the appetizers and salad). A simple place, without frills or frills, but welcoming and with a homey atmosphere. It was a pleasure to meet Gino, a very friendly man, and all his very kind staff. To anyone in Laterza, I'd say: highly recommended! 😋
