Excellent steakhouse, both the tartare and the sandwiches are recommended. The sliced ​​scottona is also excellent. Personally, I have already been back 4/5 times and will continue to go back. Update: I've been there 3 other times, I confirm what was written above, truly an excellent place. I will come back again.

Cozy place with helpful and courteous staff. Speed ​​of service but above all an unbeatable selection of fine meats cooked to perfection. It should not be underestimated that the prices are also modest compared to many other good quality steakhouses. High level from Patorno. We will be back very soon.

It was a really nice discovery... everything was good, well cooked and presented: from the first courses, to the second courses and finally the tasty desserts. Mr. Vincenzo is very kind. Highly recommended!

Cozy place. Our table was uncomfortable leaning against a column and close to the fridge. Wide choice of high quality meat and with varied choice. Friendly staff and fast service. We took two black angus fillets with porcini cream and black truffle flakes. The meat was of excellent quality. Two side dishes of potatoes and a glass of very fine wine. Finally, we ordered two desserts which did not meet our tastes. The bill was fair compared to our experience at this restaurant

We ate very well, the quality is immediately noticeable when looking at the meat counter... they demonstrated that there is passion in what they do and it was appreciated even by the most critical people at the table (meat experts, as butchers). Compliments!! The only thing I would add... some sorbet to finish the meals. Well done everyone, keep it up!!!

Cibo buono, personale gentile e locale carino. Peccato che abbiamo dovuto mangiare asciugandoci i sudori a causa di un'aria condizionata poco conosciuta dai gestori.

18/12/2024: Nice place in the center of Palermo, very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the cut of scottona arrived lukewarm (as well as being served on a ceramic plate), I mentioned this to the waiter who suggested reheating it..... I don't expect this from a place where only meat is eaten. .. For the rest the quality of the meat was good, as were the other dishes.
30/11/2024: I highly recommend trying their menu. Excellent quality of meat, helpful and approachable staff.

15/01/2025: It would be 4 stars if the prices were lower. A flatbread with tomato, oil and cheese for 6 euros seems a bit excessive to me. Still good.
29/12/2024: La cura e l'attenzione per le materie prime fanno da padrone; il titolare, considerato "il Maestro" da tantissimi pizzaioli Siciliani, cura con attenzione la selezione di farine per gli impasti, ricerca degli ingredienti, il tutto abbinato con ricercate birre artigianali e vini sia siciliani che nazionali e internazionali. Quella sera abbiamo gustato un "piccolo" giro pizza: una con tipico impasto da pizzeria moderna (biga con tipo 1 forte, chiusa con la stessa), una ai 7 cereali anche qualche seme oleoso e germe di grano tostate (commuovente), una di grano duro sorprendentemente leggera nonostante la tenacità del glutine di tale cultivar. Abbiamo proseguito con una magnifica selezione di tagli di carne (la meno scontata lo scamone di scottona). Chiudiamo con un dolce tipico la cassatella fritta con ricotta di pecora. Fantastica esperienza.
