I recently went to Patorno and I can only highly recommend it. The meat is simply exceptional: top-quality cuts, carefully selected and cooked to perfection. Every bite is a confirmation of the attention and passion they put into their work.
The cooking, in particular, deserves a special mention: precise, on request, and capable of enhancing the flavors without covering them. Very tender, juicy, with a perfect crust and an interior that melts in your mouth. You can feel the experience and expertise behind it.
A welcoming atmosphere, friendly service and just the right timing complete the experience. If you love meat, Patorno is a must-see.

Excellent food and service in this Macelleria & Stekhouse in Palermo! We went for the Filetto al Pepe Verde and the Filetto Dry Aged Patorno Select. Both were great and cooked perfectly to our preference. The quality of the meat and cooking couldn’t be faulted. The potatoes as the side were also very tasty. The service was professional and quite fast. Only towards the end, when we wanted to pay and leave, it took a while.

Excellent meat, a bill that leaves you perplexed. All of excellent quality from the meat to the wine, but presenting a piece of dry sponge cake as the only dessert, with a bit of yellow cream on top and a few drops of completely untied berries and charging 6 euros makes it remain a dessert, with a bitter taste in the mouth, better to say that you don't serve desserts instead of assembling the
moment with very little result. Ps Even the coffee could be offered on the house given the very high bill, a small gesture that could make you happier.

Siamo stati in questo locale ed è stata una piacevole scoperta. L’ambiente è piccolo, ma accogliente, con un’atmosfera familiare che mette subito a proprio agio. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile nel consigliare il cliente nella scelta della carne.
Abbiamo provato diversi piatti, tutti di ottima qualità. La carne era eccellente, davvero saporita e ben cucinata.
L’unico aspetto da migliorare sono i tempi di attesa, che sono stati un po’ lunghi, soprattutto tra l’antipasto e il secondo.
Alla fine, quando è arrivato il conto, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi nello scoprire che c’era uno sconto del 20% perché era martedì. A quanto pare, il locale applica questa promozione anche il lunedì e il mercoledì a cena, un dettaglio sicuramente apprezzato!
Sicuramente torneremo e lo consiglio vivamente!

Delicious meat and delightful service. Average to good wines. Burgers for kids. So there's no reason not to try it. Also because it has an excellent quality/price ratio. And the glasses for the top red wine
