This is a must-try place! It's a butcher's shop and grill with an incredible selection of meats and Tuscan products, presented with courtesy and expertise by the owners. The wine list is also excellent. The bill also reflects the quality of the dishes offered.

Spectacular. You'll be welcomed by extraordinary people, meticulously attentive to service, in a refined setting with meticulous attention to detail. The menu is varied, and if you want quality meat, there's no better guarantee than the legendary Maria. I absolutely recommend it!

Upon entering through the large gate, the atmosphere immediately becomes wow! The owner accompanied us and showed us the caves. A magical place, from the table settings to the various rooms in what were once the cellars. A stunning place! We were enveloped by Maria, the owner and true queen, who advised us on what to eat. I haven't eaten such a tender and flavorful tagliata in a truly long time! The quality of the meat (warhorse) and the cured meats is excellent.

Since Marco and Mauro took over the new management of Macelleria Giaccherini, the quality has risen dramatically.
Professionalism, quality, and passion are the three words that best describe what you experience when you enter their shop.
The meat is simply superb: carefully selected, fresh, and always top-quality. Each cut is expertly and courteously recommended, and you can sense the vast experience they put into their work. Congratulations, keep up the good work! Highly recommended!
