No defects, it is now a point of reference, whether passing through or not, when we are in Sicily we plan a lunch with them, excellent food at the table, courtesy and quality at the counter, you can't ask for anything better, well done

Maurizio is first of all a humble and willing person, a hard worker!!! From my balcony I smile when at 11pm I see him still washing the shop and sidewalk! Cleanliness is synonymous with seriousness and respect towards customers and it is no coincidence that I and my parents have indirectly been regular customers for many years! The meat and the rest that I prepare vacuum-packed to take to Rome have never missed a "shot" in terms of freshness and goodness! Thank you Maurizio for the commitment you put in every day

Ci avevano parlato molto bene di questa macelleria e così una sera ci siamo stati con una copia di amici. Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene. La carne di ottima qualità così come anche il buon rosso con il quale l'abbiamo accompagnato. Porzioni molto soddisfacenti. Ci torneremo di sicuro! (Da sottolineare che sia gli ambienti che gli espositori molto puliti)

Born as a butcher's shop, then with take-away dishes, it later added a restaurant. The local restaurant seats around thirty, so it is advisable to book. It serves excellent quality meat, mostly from local farms. Mr. Maurizio, now together with his son, manages the business adequately. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Prices in line with the type of meat chosen.

Pleasant and modern place, excellent Italian and foreign meat, cooked and presented impeccably. Friendly and prepared staff. I highly recommend it especially to lovers of good meat.

Lido La Caravella Club

25/09/2024: Esposa y yo hemos visitado La Caravella muchas veces a lo largo de los años, Dominic y su equipo siempre nos han cuidado mucho y nos trataron como familia. Durante esta visita pasamos cuatro días disfrutando del paisaje y almuerzos tranquilos. Las tumbonas de playa están muy bien espaciadas y tiene una sombrilla bien anclada para proporcionar sombra si se desea. Su equipo nos recogería en nuestro hotel Taormina y nos transportaría a la playa donde nos recibirían y nos mostrarían nuestros lugares para el día. Camine unos pasos hacia atrás hasta el restaurante cubierto donde el menú es bastante grande y variado, a un precio razonable y la comida siempre deliciosa. El servicio es siempre amable, eficiente y atento. Al final del día el transporte de Dominic nos lleva de vuelta a nuestro hotel. Gracias a Dominic y a todo el equipo por otra maravillosa visita de varios días!

25/11/2024: Se dovessi trovarmi di nuovo a Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto tornerei a mangiare in questa osteria dove ho trovato buon cibo, fresco e cucinato con equilibrio, pulizia, cortesia della persona che ci ha accolto in sala, prezzo ritengo giusto.

Thanks to Antonella's cuisine, curious and greedy, you can eat the true Sican tradition, the flavors of the past with that creativity of presentation in a modern key. John ? (accommodated with Antonella, the chef) is a Charon of Taste, he recommends, among anecdotes, wine and spirits for a 5-star lunch and dinner. Well done everyone
