As soon as we finished our impromptu dinner, our first time here, I must say we immediately felt at home. The feeling of total relaxation was complete. The meat was high-quality (I invite you to try their homemade salami, which is truly excellent. The prices are far from average; I honestly would have gladly paid a little more). We didn't pay anything for what we got. Truly top-notch. Then there's Alessia's desserts (her homemade tiramisu), 10 out of 10.

A truly wonderful September evening. The place is simple and authentic, with an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in a friend's garden, welcomed like family. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming.
The meat is excellent, accompanied by fresh and flavorful home-cooked vegetables.

The food was pretty good, the prices reasonable. But it all takes place outside. We found ourselves in a downpour and were covered by a plastic tent with water everywhere. We needed an indoor room.

Discovered by chance last year, it has become a summer staple.
I can confidently say it's the only grill in the area where you can enjoy delicious cuts of meat at reasonable prices. There are many options to suit your tastes. I recommend agreeing on the cooking method with the owner to fully enjoy the various cuts. Service and location are average. Highly recommended.

Excellent grill/butcher shop near Manduria. The owner is very friendly and works the counter and grill. You order at the counter and eat by the pool or under a gazebo. We ordered bombette, scamorza, sausages, ribs, chicken strips, grilled chicken, fried and tomato meatballs, various side dishes, house wine, water, and dessert. We spent less than €20 each.

Ogni volta che passo per Manduria, questa braceria è una tappa obbligata! La carne è sempre di ottima qualità, cotta alla perfezione e ricca di sapore: si sente davvero la cura nella scelta e nella preparazione.
