Last week, on vacation in Salento, we had dinner with mixed grills, a sliced ​​steak and grilled vegetables. Excellent quality raw materials, perfect cooking, generous portions, impeccable hospitality. A note of merit to Mr. Vincenzo who cooked for us and gave us good advice for the rest of the vacation, but also to the staff who served us at the table: all attentive and friendly people. Excellent value for money, I recommend it!

We have just been to this butcher's shop for lunch... an excellence! Atmosphere, food, hospitality, quality... what can I say, if you pass by Casarano you cannot miss it, excellent value for money, absolutely to try the grill... the bombette everything delicious the aubergines... the courgettes and their extra chicory!! Well done!! To return for sure!!

May 16, 2025, we were looking for lunch, an original Apulian grill restaurant and luck made us meet the butcher and grill restaurant "Del Monte" OPEN EVERY DAY, near the historic center of Casarano (LE). Very well managed at a family level, with the owner very available to let you choose excellent cuts of meat to grill, a vast assortment of Apulian bombette, sausages and every local delicacy. Simple environment, without pretensions, but where you will feel pampered by the owners, very attentive to your every request. If you want to eat well, in an economical and simple place, this is the right place. We will definitely return if we happen to be in the wonderful Salento.

An evening dedicated to good taste. We arrived at Macelleria-Braceria Del Monte by chance, we were welcomed by the owners in a warm and excellent way and we immediately felt at home, we ate a good grill with a side of French fries. Highly recommended, we will return.

Siamo arrivati in Macelleria - Braceria Del Monte per caso,siamo stati accolti dai titolari in modo caloroso,a dir poco eccellente e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa,siamo stati poi deliziati dalla loro grigliata di carne con contorno di patatine fritte! Consigliatissimo,ci ritorneremo!

Ci siamo trovati casualmente in questo luogo dove siamo stati letteralmente coccolati da Mirella che ci ha accolti con una cortesia e gentilezza al di sopra della norma. Qualità dei prodotti eccellente, ottimamente preparati dal Maestro Enzo, anche lui molto accogliente. Ritorneremo sicuramente e, anzi, sarà una nostra tappa fissa ogni volta che saremo in zona. Davvero una piacevolissima scoperta. Lo consigliano vivamente.
