Abbiamo preso 1,3kg di Manzetta Piemontese (carne frollata), siamo stati ben consigliati sia nella scelta della carne che nella modalità di cottura. A casa abbiamo fatto poi una grigliata spettacolare, tra l'altro con legno di faggio invece che della solita carbonella, niente da dire. Superbo.
