A gem in Corso Moncalieri, a butcher's shop offering cuts of meat and maturing. We had lunch in their outdoor area. Everything excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money I met Filippo who was prepared and always on point. Satisfied.

Questa carne NON fa per voi SE volete restare nel mondo della chianina piemontese, della fassona, e delle solite carni che trovate ovunque. NON ANDATE LI, perché non trovate nulla per voi. MA SE INVECE…. SE INVECE volete provare qualcosa di nuovo con un referente all’interno che vi può dire: che carne preferire che tagli provare come cucinare ciò che prendete che salsa o spezia abbinare (c’è una scelta infinita) ALLORA FA PER VOI. SE INVECE avete già provato da qualche altra parte il black angus e ne avete apprezzato il gusto, la frollatura, la consistenza.. ALLORA È IL POSTO PER VOI. Se vi piace il black angus questa è LA MECCA dei fedeli. E poi vuoi mettere la bellezza di scegliere MENTRE ti bevi una birra (che ti viene SEMPRE offerta?) Dai su. Andate e fatemi sapere 😉
