From Imola I went to Granarolo dell'Emilia to buy Sant'Ilario parma ham (among the best hams ever) from Teddy's butcher's shop. The owner Nicola welcomed me immediately with extreme professionalism and contagious friendliness. He let me taste some of the delicacies available in his shop, making me understand how he definitely focuses on quality and Italian excellence. Wine department equally noteworthy!!! I will be back soon to buy the meat. A warm greeting to Nicola who is certainly now enjoying the successes of his favorite team 👏😉
