5 stars because 6 isn't enough. Being from Rome, I ordered a Florentine steak from Rubia Gallega online for a special occasion, and the team at Callegari Butcher's was extremely prompt and professional in meeting my needs. The meat arrived in perfect condition and is truly superior, but that almost goes without saying. Truly serious professionals in the industry. Thank you so much.

19/10/2025: We had lunch at the restaurant, which has ample parking and an outdoor seating area. The atmosphere is pleasant and very clean. The menu includes appetizers and salads, first courses, and desserts; no main courses are served. We chose tagliatelle with mushrooms: it was delicious, a generous portion, and a fair price. What we found a bit high was the cover charge (€2.50/person), considering there was a paper placemat and paper napkin provided. The host was courteous.
07/09/2025: My husband and I stopped by chance for lunch after a hike, and it was a pleasant surprise. We'd asked for a charcuterie board, but my husband, still hungry, asked the owner if she could bring us something else. She recommended tagliolini with mushrooms picked the day before...FABULOUS. The sauce was delicious, not at all greasy, delicate, just how we like it. The girls, who I believe are the owners, were super kind and very friendly, and the price was more than fair. The only downside is the location, which is a little close to the road.
