Cremolata has the creamy consistency of ice cream and the freshness of granita. Something that can't be found anywhere else in Sicily. Then the owner's wife is more unique than rare, she lets you taste the flavors you want without problems, so you don't buy anything sight unseen, you can immediately notice the quality offered. Congratulations, it's a shame that you are far away, but we will gladly return to Palermo even just to go to them.
