Macelleria Braceria Miccolis In Alberobello

The chicken and steak were very tasty.

I chose this place based on my instinct and I did well. Hospitable staff that welcomes you immediately with a mouth-watering display of the counter. Excellent quality raw materials, from appetizers to various cuts of meat. Too bad it's so far from Rome.

We spent a weekend in Alberobello and went to the Miccolis butcher's shop for dinner on Sunday 1st June. Luckily we found a table for 2 because, by calling at the last minute, everything was clearly already booked. And, later, we understood why. We were immediately greeted by the owner who was extremely kind and patient in explaining all the cuts of meat, then advising us on the best choice. We were then accompanied to the room where we would have dinner. What can I say... Wonderful! I won't go into details so as not to ruin the surprise. The photos published by other customers don't do it justice. While waiting for the meat we had some meatballs to nibble on. Delicious! All obviously accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine. When the main courses arrived it was simply a feast for the palate. The quality of the meat, the cooking and the service were excellent. The final bill was more than adequate, in fact, we would have expected more! I highly recommend it! Marco Pezzotta
