Carnes de gran calidad encendido justo en frente de nosotros! Delicioso! Muy recomendable y una gran experiencia tradicional fornello. El servicio es amable y servicial. El propietario nos mostró dónde estaba curando el salamis y nos habló sobre el proceso. Cantina abajo está abierto durante la temporada.

Ottima macelleria, bellissima la possibilità di scegliere la carne che poi ti cucinano. Cottura perfetta carne molto buona.

A place not to be missed if you go to Alberobello and are a meat lover.... offering excellent bombette sausage and capocollo but what left me breathless was the veal steak and the platter of cured meats all rigorously raised and slaughtered in the area... Exceptional not to be missed.

27/05/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us by a young local. We arrived at 7 p.m., an unusual time in Italy. We stayed until 11 p.m. Everything was perfect, a great restaurant. And thank you for Nicolas's welcome.
