Very small place in the heart of the center of Taranto. Despite this, wide choice of meat. I appreciated everything and a note of merit to the bombettes, well seasoned and made with not too fatty cuts, therefore easy to digest. The cut is also excellent. Too bad about the room, a little too small. For the quality it offers, it deserves a few more covers. Absolutely recommended, it represents a more than valid alternative to eating meat in Taranto compared to Martina Franca.

Small but welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend because the meat was really good and the bowlettes were prepared with different very tasty variations. The sausage and meatballs are also spectacular. The kitchen is very quick to deliver the dishes. Very good. Perhaps the price of the bowler hats is higher than average, but the value for money is really good

Atmosfera elegante e sobria. Servizio ottimo, anche se con qualche piccola sbavatura, dovuta all’ affluenza. (sabato). Carne eccellente: qualità della materia prima, gusto e cottura perfetta. Da segnalare il mini polpettone, le bombette che si sciolgono in bocca e la salsiccia ’zampina’ con il suo gusto cremoso ed avvolgente, oltre naturalmente le carni pregiate che parlano da sole. Buona anche la scelta di verdure con cui accompagnare la carne (le zucchine erano eccellenti, ne’ troppo oleose ne’ troppo secche, ma condite il giusto) . Da provare assolutamente, come antipasto, la ‘bruschetta alla mortadella’, servita alla perfezione: non troppo croccante e non troppo morbida. Infine il prezzo: la qualità si paga ! Un’ultima considerazione sull’atteggiamento del titolare, il quale si mostra molto ‘alla mano’.. A me personalmente piace l’empatia che si crea con il ristoratore e le battute e le controbattute scherzose che possono nascere, in quanto mi fa sentire non un cliente qualsiasi, ma ‘uno di casa.’. La mia recensione finisce qui e non mi permetto certo di dare consigli a chi è del mestiere. Grazie per la serata.

Buon posto, lo consiglio sopratutto se si vuole mangiare tante porzioni di tante cose diverse, obiettivamente il tutto è risultato un po’ salato ma buono…il personale efficiente e veloce, conto un po’ troppo alto per le porzioni di carne.
