After tasting the Podolico burger with honey mayonnaise cream, you will never go back and you will never eat other burgers again!!! It is not the first time we have come to the Macelleria, all their vast choice is delicious, in particular the tartare and the carpaccio with pistachio cream. But the Podolico burger really stole our hearts, in fact tonight we had a very quick dinner based on this dish: I Podolico with cream mayonnaise and my boyfriend with caramelized red onion! It's always an ecstasy to eat this burger!
