Macelleria Agnoletto & Bignami In Bologna

In the midst of the hubbub of places besieged by tourists, this corner of true taste. A cross between a butcher's shop and a rotisserie where you can enjoy masterfully cooked meats and vegetables outdoors, glued to the windows, without being fleeced. A beautiful discovery.

It is touristy, but still manages to retain the charm of Bologna of the past

Tartare with a view...and what a view! Instinct and a bit of luck guided us to the right place. We were looking for a tartare, we found a taste boutique that is a pleasure for the eyes, even more so for the palate! As said in person, the only thing missing was the word. We hope to return soon, to laugh again... heartily, like today. Because when you feel good, it's right to share the joy of the moment with those who, like you, have delighted us with this exquisite dish. The beer isn't bad either! Too bad you live far away, or you'd have two more customers for the meat. There were steaks with spectacular marbling! Thanks again and hopefully see you soon!

This place was a nice discovery while walking through the alleys of the ancient central market of Bologna. Everything delicious!!! The lady at the counter prepares everything herself and is incredibly kind. But the same goes for the other people present. I highly recommend the vegetable dish (Excellent) as well as the baked potatoes and the beef tartare with quail eggs. My friend from Campania and I had a great meal and we will definitely go back the next time we are in town! Super honest prices!
