Excellent place to eat delicious pizza and traditional dishes. The pizza by the meter is very special. I recommend making a reservation, especially in the summer. Definitely worth a try.

5/5 stars! We had dinner in the heart of Lecce's historic center! MACCHERONI restaurant was a fantastic discovery, discovered purely by chance while strolling by. The service was impeccable, the staff was friendly and professional, especially Angelo, who showed great courtesy, respect, and affection for his customers. The dishes were tasty and carefully presented. Local cuisine was interpreted excellently. The atmosphere was welcoming and romantic, perfect for a special evening. The location in the heart of the historic center is a plus. I highly recommend it to everyone! I will definitely be back to savor their delicious dishes again!

Good square by the meter. The fish was good, considering it's in Lecce. I expected fresh fish, but it was frozen. So the pasta wasn't the best. The place is nice because it's quaint and located on a historic street. The service was excellent.

Very delicious pizza. Polite and friendly staff. It was prepared very quickly. We tried three different flavors, and all three were incredibly good.

Locale accogliente e personale attento e sempre sorridente. Puccia gustosa con sapori caserecci. Pizza buonissima e orecchiette al top!! Ti fanno sentire a casa.. infatti ci siamo tornate due volte a cena in 4 giorni!!

Due metri di pizza per tre adulti e due ragazzi, che dire veramente buona e ben condita. Quattro boccali di birra che scendevano una meraviglia. Tavoli tutti occupati, personale simpatico e disponibile, velocità nell’ordine e l’arrivo delle pietanze. Veramente una bella serata.

17/08/2025: We ordered panzerotti and rustico. The panzerotti were very good and made to order (they were so hot), but it was definitely worth it. The rustico was lacking in filling; I expected it to have more sauce, but it still tasted good. The place is small and has limited seating, but since it's street food, it's very easy to find a seat. Friendly staff, highly recommended!
10/08/2025: Typical Lecce products such as rustico leccese, mezza pizza, etc. Eat in or take out, very close to Piazza Sant'Oronzo.

06/08/2025: An excellent place where you can eat deliciously. Chef Salvatore is a delightful, very friendly, and professional person. He cooked a seafood dinner especially for us, and we were truly speechless, from appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious. The nicest thing about the dinner was that he dedicated a poem to us, since in addition to being a talented chef, he is also a talented poet. My sincerest compliments for everything.
