A MUST visit for me every time I'm in Novara. The menu is up to date with the season. I always get the toasted pistachio as a constant flavor and try new seasonal tastes. One of the best gelatos I've ever tried 🍦 very nice staff and always patient with explaining things in English

Artisanal ice cream shop in downtown Novara, small but well-kept and welcoming.
A good selection of ice creams and gramolates. Intrigued, I tried the lavender and watermelon flavor, which was delicious.

We tried two excellent smoothies made with fresh fruit and vegetables (carrot, strawberry, apple, and ginger) at this Novara ice cream shop. Prices are a bit high, but you pay for quality. A smoothie costs over €5, but it's truly delicious and incredibly flavorful. They also make gelato, granitas, affogatos, frappés, smoothies, yogurt cups, cones, brioches, wafers, sweet pastries and pastries, etc. They're very well stocked and offer unique flavors, some of which are a little out of the ordinary, like pine nut or buffalo mozzarella, which were available just today. The staff is friendly and courteous, but unfortunately there's no restroom. We'll be back and highly recommend it!

If someone asks me where to eat a good ice cream in the center of Novara, I recommend them. Always good ice cream!

I have no complaints about the café and the ice cream itself, but I would like to draw the attention of the café owner to the work of the Russian-speaking saleswoman - she served us rudely, despite the fact that she was very polite with the Italians. Not a gram of a smile or help when choosing ice cream, she deliberately spoke to us in Italian, although she heard that we spoke Russian among ourselves and did not understand Italian. When I addressed her in English, she deigned to say 1 sentence in pure Russian, which means she understood us and served us like that on purpose. Not nice. If she had not demanded payment in advance, I would have turned around and left.
