Antonietta is very good as well as affable and friendly. Her cuisine is very tasty. The flavors are strong. The fish is fresh. The lobster is excellent. The environment is very welcoming and the staff is attentive and kind. Don't forget to end the meal with Antonietta's crema bruciata: a delight!

A true spectacle for the senses: magical atmosphere, creative staff and a cuisine that makes you dream.
When we booked, we didn't know there was no set menu... and it was a wonderful surprise!
Each dish, a small work of art, full of taste, imagination and love.
The staff was incredibly kind and attentive - we felt pampered from start to finish.
We truly believe that this has become our favorite place in Alghero.

A unique experience, with set menus that offer several options at varying prices. The fish is always fresh and cooked to perfection. My favorite choice is the lobster menu, which includes a selection of appetizers and a first course (€75 per person). You can also opt for a lobster menu without a first course or for several other combinations. Reservations are highly recommended and must be made by phone; they also speak English.

Mabrouk serves a stellar prix fixe menu, only seafood, only fresh, only dinner, as their staff's shirts tell us. Wine and water included.
And you get the best. We were served at least five innovative courses last night: tuna, turbot, bass, shrimps, ravioli, and probably more that I can no longer remember. Everything was different, everything was interesting, everything was cooked perfectly.
Mabrouk suprised and delighted my family of four adults with their friendliness, their snappy service, and their stunning array of perfect seafoods. No surprises on the conto, either.
We are delighted and will revisit.

Ormai è una tradizione : siamo due copie di amici che il giorno di apertura stagionale, noi ci siamo. Ci è stato fatto l’onore di avere il tavolo vicino alla cucina, dove ogni tanto usciva Antonietta con le sue mitiche battute! Cosa dire: antipasti fantastici, insalata di polpo, agliata di dentice, razza con cavolo rosso, dadini di tonno fresco allo zenzero ed arancia, cozze e i fantastici peperoni alla Mabrouk. Passiamo ai primi con i meravigliosi maccarones di busa al sugo di gran seola e ravioli delicatissimi con carciofi, datterini e bottarga. Due primi fantastici. Il tutto accompagnato con un ottimo Torbato rosè di Sella e Mosca. Per finire una delicatissima fetta di millefoglie con zucchero caramellato e crema pasticcera. Il conto in linea con quanto abbiamo mangiato, 40 euro a testa. Ma la cornice di tutto sono i sorrisi e la gentilezza dei fantastici ragazzi che ci hanno accolto ed il sorriso e la mitica ironia della padrona di casa. Grande Antonietta. Ritorneremo senza ombra di dubbio.
