07/12/2025: NaturaSi is a healthy food shop with a couple places around Rome including this location at Piazza Farnese. Opening hours are 8am to 8pm daily, closed on Sundays. In addition to their food produce and grocer, they have ready made meals and a coffee shop setup in front for those interested in a light bite to eat and drink.
We stopped by and picked up some vegetables, ginger shots and juice to stock our apartment rental fridge during a recent stay in the area. Produce was fresh and tasted great, as did the drinks. Prices a bit on the high side of the spectrum but nothing unreasonable, service was fine, what you expect of food shop staff.
13/11/2025: NaturaSì store in Piazza Farnese is actually really nice — clean, well organized, and with kind of a "green, fancy" vibe. You can find all sorts of organic and natural products there, and even a little bistro where you can grab a quick bite.
The quality is definitely high, but yeah... prices are on the higher side. It's not really the place for your weekly grocery run — more for when you want premium organic stuff or something special.
The staff is friendly, they know their stuff, and the location is perfect — right in the center, near Campo de' Fiori. So, if you care about quality and don't mind paying a bit extra, it's a good choice. If you're watching your budget, maybe check out other options.

NaturaSì di Piazza Farnese is a really cute place — molto pulito, ordinato, e con un'atmosfera un' po' "green chic", diciamo. Ci trovi di tutto: prodotti biologici, alimentari naturali, anche un piccolo bistrot dove puoi mangiare qualcosa sul momento.
The quality of the products is high, yes, but the prices… well, they are a bit high, it is not a supermarket for everyday shopping. It is more of a place to go if you want quality organic products or products that are a bit special.
The staff is kind, prepared, and the location — right in the center, a couple of steps from Campo de’ Fiori — is very convenient. In short: if you are interested in quality and don’t mind spending a little more, it is worth it. But if you are looking for convenience, there are cheaper alternatives.
