MA Ramen In Padova

We decided to take a break from Italian food after a few days of traveling and tried Ma Ramen in Padova and it was a great choice. Even without a reservation, they were able to seat us for dinner. Our servers, Giorgia and Ricardo, were incredibly attentive and helpful with recommendations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was delicious and full of flavor. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

Excellent little Japanese-style restaurant. Soft lighting, attention to detail. The appetizers are excellent; I recommend the takoyaki and gyoza of all kinds. Moving on to the ramen. After the appetizers, expectations were sky-high, but unfortunately, while the ingredients were excellent in themselves, the overall result lacked what I look for in ramen: umami and, above all, a well-rounded, complex broth. I actually ordered the "Miso Ramen," opting for the "fuller" version, but it tasted only of sesame. Maybe it's a personal preference, but even my boyfriend—who likes sesame much more than I do—complained that it tasted only of sesame. If it's a culinary choice, I accept it. I just suggest the restaurant mention it because, looking back, I only saw sesame among the allergens. I'll be back to try the others! Sesame-free 😂❤️

If you want to eat truly authentic ramen, this is the place to go. Delicious dishes; you can taste the quality of the ingredients and see the care taken in preparing the dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The chef, originally from Japan, imports the local ingredients to prepare the ramen. The restaurant is also very beautiful and well-kept. For all lovers of Asian cuisine, this is the perfect place. I recommend making a reservation.

Good ramen -1 star for water only in 0.4L bottles -1 star: no separate bills

The tofu and sauce were sensational. The ramen was good, the miso and shoyu soup were a bit bland in flavor. The veggie gyoza was also very good. The sesame ice cream could be improved. Very friendly and competent service. Definitely worth a visit. I just don't need the hectic sound (hence the negative rating for the ambiance). But hey, I'm not 25 anymore.

Two of us went on Saturday evening, without a reservation, and it was packed. The waiter (very kind) was very helpful and found a solution for us anyway. The place is small but well-kept. Despite the crowds, the staff was helpful and the food arrived quickly. Delicious food. We had the octopus balls as an appetizer, very good and creamy. And then a Shoyu Ramen (with broth) and a Tori Teriyaki Don (without broth). Both very good. Fair prices. We'll be back :)

It's a nice little place and the food is quite good. Service is a bit slow, but we went on a busy night. I'd go back. P.S. The smell of the food lingers on your clothes because the kitchen practically overlooks the dining room.

I had to reserve in advance but my party and I were greeted cheerfully when entering and the service was an invitation to come back. The food was quite ok, even though there not a lot to choose from. The ambiance is real cozy though small.
