Le foto parlano da sole: il cornicione è gonfio, ben alveolato e dorato al punto giusto. Il fondo della pizza è cotto alla perfezione, uniforme, con una consistenza che combina croccantezza e morbidezza in modo impeccabile. Se dovessi descriverla con una sola parola, direi ‘Armonica’. L’equilibrio tra gli ingredienti, ben distribuiti, e l’impasto, soffice e ben idratato, rende ogni morso un piacere. La consiglio assolutamente per chi cerca una pizza con un gusto equilibrato delicato e ricco !
