The restaurant is very elegant, welcoming, and modern, although perhaps a few touches could have been added to make it a little more personal. The staff is young but very knowledgeable and professional. The dishes are truly delicious, especially the Tiepido Di Laguna appetizer; the accompanying sauce was truly exceptional. The spaghetti with lupini beans, zucchini flowers, and bottarga was delicious, but it needed a few more seconds to cook and arrived slightly cold. The red tuna tataki with mushrooms and potatoes was good, although the potato sauce lacked a punch of flavor, making it almost tasteless. To finish, the dry pastries and macarons from Biasetto pastry shop are a sure thing. The only real drawback was the slightly long wait, but it's definitely a place to return to.

We ate there on a stormy, rainy evening. Excellent service, excellent wine selection, and the "Laguna" menu was a complete delight. Since we had to walk 45 minutes there and it was raining heavily when we paid, we tried to get a taxi or something similar ourselves. After this was unsuccessful, we asked our service representative if they could organize one for us. After some effort, they were able to organize an incredibly friendly driver who would have even driven us back to our hotel through the rain for free. We insisted on at least paying for the gas. That's service that goes beyond just eating out and is definitely not to be taken for granted. Thank you so much for everything!

We dined at this exceptional restaurant for my birthday. It was a wonderful evening. We were already familiar with Chef Pensotti's cuisine, but the quality has been significantly raised. His entire career shines through in the dishes, which we found exceptional in every way. Compliments to the entire staff; even the service, despite being young, was punctual, attentive, and discreet. I recommend everyone to experience M4 Restaurant.

After trying one of the best bars in Tokyo, it was hard to find anything on the same level. I have to say, the Manhattan I was served was as excellent as the location. Highly recommended.

Day 1: Great atmosphere! Impeccable service, nice interior, delicious food and a great view of the sunset! (Added) Day 2: Yesterday we were in this restaurant, everything was great. Today we were left with very unpleasant impressions! First, they replaced asparagus in my dish with eggplants, without warning about it. Later, the height of absurdity! At the entrance to the restaurant there is a display case with desserts. I really liked one. I wanted it. We had dinner and asked for dessert. We were told that this dessert can only be eaten at the bar of this restaurant. At first I did not understand, I thought the waiter was joking. To eat dessert, you need to leave the table! I was in the mood for this dessert, but changing from the reserved table was absurd! I took it with me. But the height of insanity was when they charged us for the entire dinner and dessert IN ONE RECEIPT. And you can't eat it at the same table!

We returned on Friday, July 11, after a while. We were a little disappointed: shortly after ordering, a fierce wind forced us to take refuge inside, carrying our own glasses and water. I understand the chaos, but once we entered, we politely asked for a table, but one of the staff waved us away, telling us to wait because he was busy setting the table for twenty people. We waited, then finally got a table (a bit improvised, but whatever). Wine: no extra-dry, they only offered "high-end" labels (champagne, which we personally don't even like; we accepted a Franciacorta). We had a raw appetizer each, a main course each (without sides), a half-portion "taster" of fried cuttlefish, two glasses each, water, two coffees, and an amaro. €110 each (there were two of us) seems a bit excessive.

Beautiful place welcoming, quiet, excellent breakfast One day I'll even try the restaurant menu but I'm sure it will be excellent.
